LYTOWN jkd Retractable Body Measuring Tape Set, 60-Inch, 2-Piece
Product description
For body measurements, fitness tracking, sewing, and clothing alterations, a flexible tape makes it easier to measure around curves. The LYTOWN jkd set includes two 60-inch (150 cm) tapes. One retracts into a compact case for body measurements. The second soft tape can be used on curved surfaces and sewing projects.
Quick sizing guide
Each tape measures up to 60 inches (150 cm), giving you a consistent length for recording measurements such as waist or shoulder circumference and for common sewing tasks. To take a body measurement, pull out the retractable tape and wrap it around the area. Fit the buckle into the locking pin, then use the push button to draw the tape snugly into place and read the measurement. The separate soft tape gives you another flexible option when measuring a curved surface or working on a garment.
For tracking fitness progress, record measurements at the same body area over time. For tailoring or clothing projects, use the flexible tape to measure the relevant body area or fabric curve. If your main need is a single ruler for straight edges, a rigid ruler serves a different purpose, this set is made for wrapping and following curves.
Why it makes sense
The two-tape format supports both personal measurements and hands-on sewing or craft work. Keep the retractable tape nearby for regular body measurements, then use the additional soft tape for a garment, a curved surface, or another measurement task. Since both are 60 inches (150 cm), you can use the same stated measuring range across different projects without switching to a shorter tape.
The body tape combines a pin lock with a push-button retraction mechanism. This helps hold the tape around the area being measured while you position it to read the result. The flexible fiberglass tape is designed for wrapping around the body or following a curve, while its compact case is listed at 3.5 by 2 inches. That makes the retractable piece convenient to keep with sewing supplies or fitness essentials.
Customer feedback often appreciates the tapes for taking personal measurements and values the extra soft ruler. Buyers also describe the tape as easy to use and accurate for body measurements. Feedback is mixed on how consistently the lock holds, how smoothly the tape retracts, and how durable the mechanism feels, so individual experiences vary.
