Fuzion PS2-40KG SS Digital Shipping Scale, 90 lb Capacity, 0.1 oz Readability

Getting the most from it

The backlit LCD makes package weights easier to read, while five selectable units let you work in the format that fits your shipping routine. Switch between lb, lb.oz, oz, g, and kg when preparing postage, weighing mail, or organizing parcels.

For a busy packing station, place the item on the stainless steel platform and use Hold to keep a reading visible. Tare lets you account for a container, and PCS piece counting supports inventory tasks involving multiple items. A simple five-button interface keeps these functions close at hand.

The 90 lb capacity gives this digital postal scale room for both letters and heavier packages. Its ABS housing and stainless steel platform suit regular use at a home office or small business shipping desk.

Why it makes sense

A basic scale can cover simple weighing, but this model brings package weighing, a readable backlit display, tare, hold, and piece counting together. That combination is useful when one station handles outgoing mail as well as small inventory tasks. The stainless steel platform provides a practical surface for parcels, and the five unit choices make it easier to work with different shipping or postal formats without changing scales.

Calibration is adjustable with a known weight within the stated range, giving you a way to calibrate the scale for your routine. Fuzion also states that the product includes lifetime support and a 3-year warranty.

Customer feedback often highlights readable measurements, perceived accuracy, and usefulness for small-business tasks. Some buyers also report units malfunctioning after a few uses, so reliability opinions are mixed. These are individual customer experiences, not a performance guarantee.

Practical questions

Which units can I use? The scale switches among lb, lb.oz, oz, g, and kg, making it useful for weighing mail and packages across different measurement preferences.

What do Hold and Tare do? Hold keeps a weight reading visible, while Tare accounts for a container so you can focus on the contents. PCS is a piece-counting function for inventory-related tasks.

Can I calibrate the scale? Yes. Its adjustable calibration feature uses a known weight from 3 lb to 80 lb (2 kg to 40 kg).

Is it worth it?

For a small business, home office, or shipping area that handles both mail and parcels, the Fuzion PS2-40KG SS combines a 90 lb capacity with five units and practical weighing tools in one scale. The backlit display, stainless steel platform, and Hold, Tare, and PCS functions make it a useful fit for weighing packages and handling everyday shipping or inventory work.
