Lollimeow Cat Carrier Backpack, 14 lb Capacity

A carrier can feel cramped when your cat needs to stay inside for more than a quick trip. The Lollimeow backpack adds an expandable section for extra room when you stop.

A clear bubble window gives curious pets a view outside, while mesh panels and air vents support airflow.

It’s designed for cats and small dogs up to 14 lbs, with a removable washable pad and storage for small travel essentials.

Where it shines

The main draw is having two ways to use the space. Keep the backpack compact while moving, then open the expandable section when you’re stationary so your pet has more room to shift position. The listing says this can double the interior space when resting. For example, at a vet visit, you could set the backpack down and expand it while you wait instead of keeping your cat in the more confined travel setup.

The clear bubble window suits pets that like to look around, and the nine airflow vents and breathable mesh panels provide ventilation from multiple directions. Padded adjustable straps, lumbar support, and a stabilizer buckle are intended to make carrying easier. A quick-access pocket can hold treats or a small accessory, the collapsible bowl and mini fan mentioned in the listing are examples of items to store, not confirmed included accessories.

What matters most

The stated dimensions are 13 x 11 x 16.5 inches, with an expandable section measuring 16.5 x 9.5 x 16.5 inches. It supports pets up to 14 lbs, so weight is a firm selection point, the listing does not give a separate fit recommendation based on a pet’s body length or height. The included mat needs to lie flat on the bottom for the backpack to expand fully and provide a stable base.

If you prioritize a view outside and extra room at stops, this design offers more than a basic, fixed-shape carrier. If you prefer a simple carrier with no bubble window or expansion panel, those features may add complexity without helping your routine. The product is described as airline approved, but airline requirements can vary, so confirm the relevant carrier rules before flying rather than relying on that label alone.

How to take care of it

The listing identifies the pad as removable and washable, which is useful after travel or a messy stop. It does not specify washing instructions, so follow any care guidance supplied with the carrier. Before use, place the included mat flat, this also helps the expandable section reach its full size. The backpack is described as collapsible, giving you an option to fold it down when it is not in use.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if you want a backpack-style carrier that can open up for breaks, gives your pet a view, and has storage for small essentials. The added expansion is most relevant for trips where you’ll stop and let your pet settle, rather than carrying them continuously. The 14 lb limit and the need to check airline rules are the main practical boundaries. It’s not for you if your pet exceeds that limit, needs a fit guarantee based on detailed body measurements, or you want confirmed approval for a specific airline. On the spec sheet, this is a feature-rich travel carrier, its value depends on whether the window and expandable space are useful in your usual outings.
