Aidoly dog crate 30 inch

For indoor training, a familiar resting spot, or a trip where a crate needs to fold away afterward, a wire design can be easier to place and store than a fixed kennel. The Aidoly 30-inch dog crate has one door, a sliding bolt lock, and a removable plastic tray, the listing also describes it as foldable for transport and storage.

It’s a practical, straightforward format, but the 30-inch label alone doesn’t tell you whether your dog will have enough room. Compare the crate’s actual dimensions with your dog’s size before choosing.

Where it shines

The wire sides give the crate an open, visible feel while still creating a defined space for training or downtime. Rounded edges and corners, thick metal mesh, and a sliding bolt lock are presented as safety features by the maker. The single-door layout keeps access simple, though it also means the crate’s position in a room matters: leave enough space in front to open the door comfortably.

A useful everyday example is setting it up indoors as a designated rest spot, with the tray in place, then folding the crate away when floor space is needed. It can also suit travel or outdoor activities where a collapsible kennel is more convenient than leaving a rigid crate assembled. If you prioritize visibility and storage convenience, this wire format has a clear purpose, if you prefer a fully enclosed setup, a different crate style may suit you better.

What to know

The listing identifies this as a 30-inch crate with one door and a plastic leak-proof pan tray. It says the crate assembles without tools and folds for carrying or storage. Those details make it easier to move between locations, but the available information doesn’t give the crate’s full dimensions, weight, or a specific dog-size recommendation. Check the fit for your pet rather than relying on the size label alone, especially if your dog needs extra room to turn around or stretch out.

The maker describes the frame as sturdy and the sliding bolt as secure, but the listing doesn’t provide independent durability or escape-resistance testing. This is a wire crate, not a solid-sided enclosure, and the single door gives you fewer access options than a crate with multiple doors. Worth considering if you want a foldable training space with a removable tray, Better avoided if you need a particular interior measurement or a more enclosed design and can’t confirm that this model meets it.

Cleaning & care

The plastic tray is described as a leak-proof, easy-to-clean pan. In day-to-day use, that means you can remove it to clean messes without having to treat the crate itself as one solid unit. The listing calls the tray ABS composite, but doesn’t specify whether it is dishwasher-safe or give detailed cleaning instructions, so use care guidance supplied with the product rather than assuming it can go in a dishwasher.

The wire construction also leaves the crate more exposed than a closed kennel, so think about where it will sit and whether that open format works for your dog’s routine. Foldability helps when putting it away, but the listing doesn’t state how compact it becomes once folded.

When it makes sense

Choose this Aidoly crate if you’re looking for a foldable wire kennel with a single-door setup and a removable pan for home training or occasional travel. It may be a sensible fit when quick storage matters more than multiple entry points or a fully enclosed feel. Skip it if you need confirmed interior measurements before buying and can’t obtain them: fit is the key decision, and the product details provided don’t establish which dogs will suit this 30-inch model.
