Lavish Cover Pet Couch Covers Flannel Dog Sofa Protector, Light Gray, 27.5 x 70.9 in

A waterproof inner layer helps shield a sofa from spills and pet accidents, while the flannel surface adds a soft place for pets to settle. The Light Gray cover has a non-slip backing to help keep it in place during everyday use. It measures 27.5"x70.9" and is sold individually, not as a set. Check the size against the sofa area you want to cover before choosing it.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use this cover on a section of a sofa that gets regular contact from pets, or place it where paws and everyday messes are most likely to land. Its rectangular format can also serve as a pet mat, kennel liner, car seat protector, or picnic blanket, according to the product details. For sofa use, measure the armrest or other intended area and compare it with the stated cover size, this is a single piece, so it won’t cover multiple sofa sections as a set would.

The flannel surface is intended to feel soft, while the backing uses silicone grip particles to help reduce shifting on the sofa or floor. The waterproof protection comes from an inner TPU layer. That adds a barrier between routine spills and upholstery, but the product information does not specify how much liquid it can hold or how long it can resist exposure. For a fresh spill or accident, removing the cover and washing it promptly is a sensible part of care rather than assuming the upholstery is protected indefinitely.

The stated care instructions call for machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, do not bleach. The product details also recommend low-heat tumble drying and low-temperature ironing if needed. Check the sofa’s care requirements before using the cover, especially if its fabric needs special handling.

Why it’s worth it

This cover combines a soft flannel top with a waterproof inner layer and a grip-style backing, so it serves as more than a decorative throw. The washable construction is useful in a home where pet hair, paw marks, or occasional spills are part of normal sofa use. Its single-piece format also lets you protect a chosen area without covering the entire couch. Compared with a full sofa slipcover, that focused approach can suit a specific seat or armrest, while leaving the rest of the upholstery uncovered.

A solid pick if you want a removable, machine-washable layer for one sofa area and the stated size fits that spot. Not the best choice if you need a coordinated set or full-sofa coverage: the listing describes one cover, and its dimensions should guide whether it suits your furniture. For buyers who need protection across several cushions or sections, a multi-piece or full-size cover would be a better match.
