K KNODEL KL Extra Large Desk Mat, Dark Green PVC Leather, 35.4 x 17 in

Give your keyboard, mouse, and laptop a shared surface for work, writing, or browsing. The K KNODEL desk mat measures 35.4 x 17 inches, creating room for everyday desk essentials without relying on a small mouse pad. Its smooth PVC leather surface supports both typing and writing, while helping protect the desktop from scratches, spills, stains, heat, and scuffs.

Who it’s for

This desk mat suits a home office or workspace where you want a broad, easy-care surface for several essentials at once. Use it beneath a keyboard and mouse, or arrange a laptop and accessories on top to keep your work area visually unified. Compared with a compact mouse pad that covers only the mouse area, this larger format also provides a writing surface and a layer of protection across more of the desk.

The dark green color adds a defined area to the desktop, and the rectangular shape makes it straightforward to position along a typical work setup. At 2 millimeters thick, it offers a smooth surface for daily computer use, handwritten notes, and browsing. It’s a great fit if you want one mat to serve as a mouse pad, keyboard pad, writing pad, and desktop cover.

Strengths

The PVC leather material is water-resistant and heat-resistant, helping shield the desk from common marks and spills during everyday use. When the surface needs attention, wipe it with a wet cloth. That simple care routine is useful for a workspace used throughout the day, where coffee splashes, dust, or writing marks can interrupt a clean setup.

Both sides are usable, with the same material in different colors on each side. This gives you a choice of look without changing the mat’s role as a desk cover and work surface. The smooth finish also makes it suitable for typing, mouse movement, and writing, so you can move between computer tasks and notes without changing surfaces.

Customers often praise the generous size, appearance, feel, and ease of cleaning, and some say it accommodates both a keyboard and mouse. Feedback on how firmly it stays in place is mixed, so the experience may vary with the desk surface and setup.

Highlights

The 35.4 x 17-inch footprint is the defining feature: it gives a keyboard, mouse, and laptop space to share one surface while covering a wider section of the desk than a mouse-only pad. The dark green finish brings a consistent look to a home or office workstation, and the reversible design offers another color on the opposite side.

Use it as a desktop protector during computer work, then write directly on its smooth surface when planning or taking notes. It can also serve as a cover beneath laptop stands or gaming equipment, as well as a blotter for everyday desk tasks. The combination of a broad working area and wipe-clean PVC leather makes it practical for setups that alternate between screen time and writing.

Buying verdict

Choose the K KNODEL KL when you want more than a surface for mouse movement: its extra-large format can bring keyboard, mouse, and other desk essentials together while providing room to write. The water-resistant, heat-resistant PVC leather surface, reversible color design, and easy wipe-down care make it a useful everyday mat for a home office or general workstation.
