Sooez SZ-03-21 File Folders, 10-Pack Clear Poly Envelopes in 5 Colors

Teachers and office teams sorting student work, bills, and everyday paperwork can use the Sooez SZ-03-21 folders to keep documents grouped and easy to identify.

The ten translucent plastic envelopes come in five assorted colors, with two folders per color. A label pocket adds another way to mark what each folder holds.

Their envelope format is useful for keeping papers together at school, at home, or in the office, and for carrying documents while traveling.

Practical tips

Assign a color to a class, project, or type of paperwork, then use the label pocket to identify the contents at a glance. Because the folders are transparent, you can also see the documents inside without opening each one. This combination of color, visibility, and labeling gives you more ways to sort papers than placing everything in a single unlabeled stack.

The folders have a closure to help keep contents together, while the two-sided sealed construction helps prevent documents from slipping out. Their listed capacity is 200 sheets, making them suitable for grouped paperwork as well as smaller items such as receipts, tickets, or photos. For a classroom routine, each color can hold a different subject’s papers, at home, the same approach can separate bills, manuals, and other records.

Where it shines

These pouches are designed for flexible organization across school, work, home, and travel. Use them to collect student assignments, keep monthly bills together, sort craft materials, or carry documents that you want to find quickly. The five-color assortment helps create visible categories, while the label pocket gives each folder a written identifier. Buyers frequently praise the color variety and find the folders useful for organizing paperwork such as student work, bills, receipts, and product booklets. Feedback also highlights the closure and the folders’ capacity for a moderate stack of papers.

The transparent envelope style is a practical alternative to opaque folders when seeing the contents matters. If you prefer one visual system for several paper groups, the assorted colors make it easy to distinguish folders, if written identification is more useful, the label pocket provides a clear place to add it.
