JOEJOY PET-H-005-L Dog Car Seat, Reversible Memory Foam, Washable Cover

For car rides with a dog who needs a cushioned place to settle, the JOEJOY PET-H-005-L creates a dedicated travel bed with a raised, supportive foam surface. Its 30"L x 19"W footprint gives small and medium dogs room to get comfortable.

The reversible cover offers a plush side for cooler trips and a breathable faux leather side for warmer weather. That lets you switch the surface to suit the season without changing the seat.

Two built-in safety leashes, adjustable straps, and a non-slip bottom are designed to help keep the seat and your dog in place. The cover unzips for machine washing, and the bed can also serve as a cozy spot at home.

Fit and sizing

The seat measures 30"L x 19"W and has a maximum weight recommendation of 55 pounds. It is designed for small and medium dogs, and the product description also identifies space for two small dogs under 20 pounds each. Measuring your dog and comparing that with the seat’s footprint can help you choose a comfortable arrangement for the ride.

For a typical trip, thread the vehicle seat belt through the slots at the bottom and secure the top strap to the headrest. Then attach the built-in safety leashes to your dog’s harness. This setup gives you several points to position the seat before setting off. As with any pet car seat, use the restraint system as directed while the vehicle is moving.

Pros

The foam cushioning gives dogs a soft, supportive surface for settling in during car rides, while the raised design offers a higher view outside. The reversible cover makes it easy to choose between a plush feel and a breathable surface, and the removable, machine-washable cover helps with routine cleanup after travel.

This is a different approach from a simple flat travel mat: it combines a cushioned bed with raised sides, adjustable straps, and two safety leashes. Side pockets provide a place for small travel essentials, and the bed can move from the car to a sofa or resting spot at home. Buyers often praise its comfort and the sense of security from the restraint features. Feedback on sturdiness is mixed, and some buyers report difficulty fitting the straps around their seat belt buckle, so the installation method is worth matching to your vehicle’s setup.

Is it worth it?

The JOEJOY seat brings several practical travel features together: foam cushioning, a reversible cover, two built-in safety leashes, and a washable cover. It suits dog owners looking for more structure and restraint than a basic car blanket provides, while also offering a familiar resting place at home. For rides with a small or medium dog, or with two small dogs within the stated weight guidance, it provides a dedicated cushioned space that can be adapted to the season and cleaned after use.
