INSOON SC9995 2026 Gingerbread House Advent Calendar Building Set, 2,097 Pieces
Product description
Key specifications
Built with 3.6 mm mini building bricks, the INSOON SC9995 turns a Christmas countdown into a detailed gingerbread village. The smaller brick format lets the set create intricate shop windows, candy decorations, rooftops, and festive characters.
It includes 2,097 interlocking pieces arranged as a 24-day Advent calendar. The recommended age is 12 years and up, making it a hands-on seasonal project for teens and adults as well as older kids.
Four themed buildings have independent LED lights, and the gift factory adds a moving play feature. The set is made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and is designed for indoor use.

Best use cases
This set is made for a December building routine: open one numbered box each day, work through the instructions, and gradually assemble a complete Christmas scene. The finished village features a gift factory, candy cottage, chocolate cottage, and gingerbread bakery, with a train, Santa and his reindeer sleigh, Christmas trees, a snowman, and other holiday details.
The gift factory gives the build an interactive element. Turn its knob to move presents along the conveyor, down the red chute, and into the waiting train. That makes the scene more than a static display and gives family or friends a playful way to build and engage with the finished set together.
Each of the four buildings has its own LED lights, bringing out the themed details when the village is displayed on a desk, shelf, or in a display cabinet. If you prefer a project spread across the season rather than a single-session building set, the 24-box format creates a new small building step for each day of the countdown.
The mini bricks are smaller than standard-size building bricks and are not compatible with standard-size bricks. Their 3.6 mm format is intended for this set’s compact, detailed construction, so it is useful to keep that distinction in mind when choosing a building project.
In the box
The set is organized into 24 numbered boxes for the daily countdown, with instruction booklets to guide the builds. An instruction manual is also listed among the included components. The boxes collectively provide the pieces for assembling the village and its festive accessories.
What to clarify
How does the 24-day countdown work? Open one numbered box each day starting December 1. Each brings a new building surprise, leading to a completed Christmas village by Christmas Eve.
What does the gift factory do? Turning the factory knob moves presents along a conveyor, down a red chute, and into the train, which can then travel through the village as part of the holiday delivery scene.
Are the buildings illuminated? Yes. Each of the four buildings has independent LED lights, so the cottages can be lit as part of the indoor display.
Buying verdict
The INSOON SC9995 combines a 24-day building activity with a finished Christmas village that has illuminated cottages and an interactive gift-delivery feature. It suits households looking to share a creative countdown, as well as builders who want a detailed seasonal display made from 3.6 mm mini bricks. Choose it for a holiday project that unfolds through December and remains ready to show once the village is complete.
