Ikarao Shell S3 Karaoke Machine with Lyrics Display, 2 Wireless Mics, 80W Speaker

At 7.1 inches wide, 7.25 inches high, and 4.9 inches deep, the Ikarao Shell S3 packs a karaoke setup into a compact format. Its built-in 7-inch display shows lyrics, while two wireless microphones make it easy to sing together. Want to move karaoke from the living room to a gathering outdoors? The built-in handle and battery-powered design make that practical. This is the version without HDMI.

Key points

The Shell S3 combines an 80W speaker, a lyrics display, and two Bluetooth wireless microphones in one portable system. Its screen lets singers follow lyrics on the unit instead of relying on a separate display. A built-in battery supports up to 5 hours of playtime with the screen on or 7 hours with it off, so you can choose the setup that suits the occasion.

KaraFun Prime is included for 6 months, with features such as lyric display, key and tempo adjustments, vocal matching, and offline sync. The system also offers an AI vocal remover, autotune, echo effects, and sound adjustments for shaping a sing-along. Buyers often praise the sound, ease of setup, and portability. Opinions are more mixed on the compact screen size and microphone quality, so those points may matter when choosing a setup for a group.

Getting the most from it

Use the display to follow lyrics while singing, and adjust key or tempo through KaraFun Prime when a song needs a different feel. Vocal-removal and echo effects provide other ways to tailor the music and vocal sound. For a shared session, set out both wireless microphones so singers can take turns or join in together. A USB-C cable is included for charging, the listed playtime varies depending on whether the screen is on or off.

Everyday use

For a home party, the Shell S3 brings music playback, lyrics, and microphones together without requiring a separate karaoke screen. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, auxiliary, and USB connectivity give you different ways to connect, while the speaker can also serve as a Bluetooth speaker or PA system. Its handle and battery-powered operation suit get-togethers in the yard, at a picnic, or on a camping trip where a portable karaoke setup is useful.

Compared with a traditional setup built around a separate speaker and display, this all-in-one format keeps the main karaoke components together. The 7-inch screen is designed for following lyrics on the machine itself, buyers’ differing views on screen size are worth considering if several people will need to read it from a distance.
