IECOii 20296MY-2-XL Dog Sweater, Nordic Hearts Red, Turtleneck and Leash Opening

Usage tips

For a medium-sized dog or a large dog with a slim or athletic build that needs an extra layer in chilly weather, the IECOii X-Large sweater combines a cozy knit with coverage over the neck, chest, and front legs. Its Nordic Hearts-Red pattern brings a festive look to winter walks, holiday gatherings, and relaxing at home.

Choose the size by your dog’s chest girth first, then compare the neck and back measurements. The X-Large is designed for a chest up to 24.4 inches, a neck girth of 16.5 inches, and a back length of 18.1 inches. A leash opening on the back gives access to a collar or harness for walks while the sweater is on.

Benefits

The high neck and long sleeves provide more coverage than a simple chest-only layer, helping keep a dog’s neck, chest, and front legs covered on cold-weather outings. The knit is designed to flex with a dog’s body for everyday movement, including walking, playing, stretching, and settling in at home. Its lightweight, breathable construction also suits indoor wear when a dog needs a comfortable layer rather than a bulky outfit.

A built-in leash opening makes this sweater practical for neighborhood strolls and outdoor activities: attach the leash through the opening to reach the collar or harness without removing the garment. The heart and Christmas tree pattern in red, green, and ivory works for holiday photos and parties, while the classic knit style is also suited to daily winter wear.

Customer feedback often highlights warmth, coverage over the front legs, and ease of putting the sweater on and taking it off. Fit and stretchiness receive mixed reactions, so using the listed chest, neck, and back measurements is a practical way to choose the size. For care, follow the gentle-cycle washing instructions and air dry to help maintain the knit’s shape.

When it makes sense

This X-Large sweater is intended primarily for medium dogs and can also suit some large dogs with a slim or athletic build. The listed breed examples include Beagles, Corgis, Standard Dachshunds, English Bulldogs, and Pit Bulls, chest measurement is the key sizing reference rather than breed name alone. It can be a useful choice for short-haired, senior, or freshly groomed dogs when an added layer is needed for chilly fall and winter days.

Choose it when you want one garment for cozy indoor wear and festive outings, with long-sleeve coverage and a leash-ready back opening. The Nordic pattern adds a seasonal touch without limiting the sweater to holiday occasions, making it suitable for everyday cold-weather routines as well.
