hyrion H-215WLG305 Smart LED Strip Lights, 100 ft Wi-Fi RGB, 16 Million Colors

The 100-foot hyrion LED strip light set comes as two rolls, giving you a long format for outlining a bedroom, living room, gaming area, or home bar. Its linear design adds color along walls and other indoor surfaces.

Choose from 16 million colors and multiple lighting scenes through the app. Wi-Fi connectivity also supports voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant.

A built-in microphone lets the lights sync with ambient music, while the timer function lets you schedule them to turn on or off.

Worth noting

Color choice is the main draw here: set a look for everyday room lighting, then switch scenes to suit a party, holiday, or gaming setup. Compared with a fixed-color accent strip, the RGB options and music sync offer more ways to change the atmosphere without changing the lighting hardware.

The app controls color, modes, and brightness, and the lights can also respond to voice commands through Alexa or Google Assistant. For a movie night, for example, choose a color scene from the app to add an accent around the room, for a gathering, music sync can make the lighting react to nearby sound. The timer adds a straightforward way to schedule on and off times.

The set has 150 light sources across two rolls. The strip uses adhesive backing for indoor installation on clean surfaces, and it can be cut at the marked points every three LEDs. Plan the route before mounting so the strip follows the intended wall or furniture edge neatly. Buyer feedback is mixed: some appreciate the color range and adhesive, while others report inconsistent adhesion or trouble connecting with the app and Alexa. These are useful points to keep in mind when planning placement and setup.

Practical tips

Start with a clean surface and map the strip’s path before removing the adhesive backing. The marked cut points allow you to trim the strip in three-LED increments for a more tailored fit, cutting elsewhere can damage the remaining strip. Keep the installation indoors, where the flexible linear format can trace a wall edge, frame a desk area, or add a colored accent behind room furnishings.

For app setup, the manufacturer’s instructions call for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to be enabled on the phone. If the strip does not light after installation, the manufacturer notes that checking the direction of the strip and controller connection may help. Once connected, app and voice controls make it easy to switch between a selected color, a scene, and music-reactive lighting.

Who it’s for

This set suits anyone looking to add color-changing accent lighting across a longer indoor area, especially in a bedroom, living room, gaming room, kitchen, or home bar. Its two-roll format, app control, and voice-assistant support are useful when you want to adjust the lighting without handling the strip itself. Music sync brings another option for parties or casual listening, while the timer is handy for setting a lighting schedule.

A solid pick if you want flexible RGB lighting with app and voice control, plus the option to sync colors to ambient sound. The cut marks also help adapt the strip’s route to a specific indoor layout.
