Hunters Specialties 01021 Cover Scent Wafers, 3-Pack with Safety Pins

A concentrated cover scent in a solid wafer gives hunters a practical way to mask human odors without handling a liquid. The compact format is designed for use on clothing or at a hunting site.

Each pack includes three wafers and three safety pins, so you can attach a wafer where it suits your setup. The scent is intended to blend with outdoor surroundings while you’re in the field.

A resealable container helps keep the wafers ready between uses. For hunters choosing between a liquid scent and a solid option, the wafer format avoids spills and is designed not to freeze or wash away.

How to use it

Pin a wafer to your hunting clothing, or hang one at your hunting site to disperse its cover scent. The included safety pins make clothing placement straightforward, while the option to hang a wafer lets you position it around a stand or other hunting location. Choose a placement that fits your clothing and setup, then close the resealable container after use to store the wafers for another outing.

The solid format is useful when you want scent control without applying a liquid product. It can be carried to the field and placed where needed, with no liquid to spill during transport. Its intended role is to mask human smells with an earthy outdoor scent, it complements your hunting routine rather than replacing other preparation.

Where it shines

These wafers suit hunting trips where you want a simple, placeable cover scent. Attach one to clothing when you want it with you as you move, or hang one at a hunting site for a stationary setup. Having three wafers and matching pins gives you options for separate placements or outings.

Buyers often describe the wafers as durable and report continued use across hunting seasons. Feedback on scent strength is mixed: some appreciate the scent, while others find it strong. That makes scent preference a personal consideration, especially if you prefer a subtle aroma. The product is designed for scent masking, not as a guarantee that game animals will not detect you.
