HQ4US 4LEGS HQ-DTE-PP Dog Potty Tray, Foldable High-Wall Pee Pad Holder

For dogs that need a dedicated indoor potty spot, the HQ4US 4LEGS foldable tray offers a defined area for training pads, with three high walls to help contain splashes. Its large size measures 32.2" x 21.6" x 15.7" and is intended for dogs under 28" long, making it a practical fit for many small and medium dogs.

When you want a contained station rather than a pad laid directly on the floor, the waterproof, seamless tray gives the pad a raised boundary. It folds for storage or travel and is ready to use when unfolded, with no assembly required.

Tech summary

The tray is made of plastic and has a one-piece design, so there are no seams in the base for urine to pass through. Three high walls help contain spray, particularly useful for dogs that lift a leg. Four fixing clips hold a disposable training pad in place, and two pads are included, each measuring 35.4" x 23.6". The tray itself measures 32.2" x 21.6" x 15.7" and is designed for dogs under 28" long. To choose a size, measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail.

Buyers often praise the tray’s ease of cleaning, sturdy feel, size, and portability, with some finding it useful for male dogs and travel. Feedback on leak prevention is mixed, so the waterproof construction is best understood as a feature of the tray itself, rather than a guarantee about every setup or use.

What it works with

Use the tray with disposable dog training pads secured by the included clips. You can position the pad where it suits your dog’s urination habits, then set the tray in an indoor area such as a living room, bedroom, or balcony. Its foldable design also makes it convenient to move for outdoor use or travel. For the intended fit, choose based on your dog’s body length rather than weight alone.

Best use cases

This setup is useful for puppies learning an indoor potty routine, dogs that need an indoor toilet area, and households looking to keep a training pad in a defined place. The three walls add a boundary around the pad, while the clips help keep it positioned during use. For a dog that lifts a leg, the pad can be fixed to a wall of the tray to suit the dog’s habits.

The waterproof tray can be rinsed with water for cleanup, and its foldable form helps when the potty area needs to be moved or put away. Compared with placing a training pad directly on the floor, the tray gives it a structured holder, that can make more sense when you want a contained, movable station for your dog.

Practical questions

How do I choose the right size? The large tray is intended for dogs under 28" long. Measure from the nose to the base of the tail and compare that length with the size guidance before choosing.

How do the clips work? Place a disposable training pad in the tray and use the four clips to secure it. The pad can be positioned to accommodate your dog’s urination habits, including leg-lifting.

How do I clean the tray? The waterproof liner can be rinsed with water. The foldable design also makes it easier to move the tray when cleaning or changing its location.

When it makes sense

Choose this tray when your dog needs a dedicated potty area and you want the pad held inside a foldable, washable holder rather than placed on the floor by itself. Its large footprint, high walls, pad clips, and travel-friendly format suit indoor routines as well as situations where the potty station needs to move with you.
