Homemory DFSCL Floating LED Candles, 24-Pack, 3-Inch White Waterproof Tealights

A centerpiece that needs to float calls for a different setup than a dry tabletop accent. Homemory’s DFSCL candles are designed to sit on water and switch on when they make contact, giving you a flameless option for vases, bowls, and event displays.

The 24-pack uses white plastic candles measuring 3 inches across and 1.5 inches high. The product description claims up to 200 hours of illumination from pre-installed CR2032 batteries, though actual runtime can vary. The item details classify the candles for indoor use, so waterproof construction should not be taken as confirmation of suitability for extended outdoor exposure.

Usage tips

Place a candle in water to activate its light, remove it from the water to switch it off. That contact-based operation keeps the setup simple for a wedding centerpiece, a bathroom display, or a party table where you want light reflected around a glass vase or bowl. The round, white plastic design is intended for decoration rather than as a general-purpose room light.

For an event, the pack of 24 makes it possible to repeat the same floating look across multiple containers. Check that the vessel has enough room for a candle’s 3-inch diameter, and arrange the pieces so they remain visible rather than hidden below the waterline. The product is also described for spa, restaurant, and festival décor, but its listed indoor-use classification is the safer guide when planning where to use it.

Benefits

The main practical difference from wax candles is that these are flameless and do not melt or leave wax residue, according to the product details. Their LED light is activated by water contact, so there is no separate switch routine to manage for each piece. That can make them easier to set out across a group of centerpieces than individual flame-based lights, while avoiding an open flame in the display.

The advertised runtime is up to 200 hours, and the batteries are described as pre-installed. Treat that figure as a stated maximum rather than a guarantee for every use. Buyers also highlight the easy setup, floating behavior, and use at weddings and other events, some report that the lights stayed on through an event. Those comments are useful context, but they don’t establish a runtime for every candle or setting.

The essentials

Each candle has a white plastic body, a 3-inch diameter, and a listed height of 1.5 inches. The set contains 24 pieces and is battery powered, with water contact used to turn the light on and removal from water used to turn it off. The listing describes the candles as waterproof and gives a maximum runtime claim of 200 hours.

This is a decorative lighting choice, not a substitute for a brighter or adjustable light source. There are no brightness levels or color options specified in the product details. If you want a consistent visual accent in several water-filled vessels, the white LED format is a straightforward alternative to arranging wax candles individually.

When it makes sense

It’s a great fit if you’re planning an indoor wedding, party, or spa-style display and want multiple flameless lights that can float in water. A practical example is placing one in each of several glass vases as a coordinated centerpiece, the water-activated operation means they light when set in place and turn off when removed.

It might not be a great match if your plan depends on confirmed extended outdoor use, since the item details specify indoor usage. It’s also not the right format if you need a functional light for reading or task work: the stated purpose is decoration. Choose this set for a floating, decorative glow and a repeated centerpiece look, rather than for adjustable room lighting.
