Gritin G1315 Gen 3 Clip-On Book Light, 14 LEDs, 5 Color Temperatures

Fourteen full-spectrum LEDs and a dual-light design let you choose between broad page coverage and a more focused beam, making the Gritin Gen 3 book light adaptable to different reading setups. Clip it to a book or place it on a desk, then adjust the light to suit the page and your preferred brightness.

Five color temperatures, five brightness levels, and smooth stepless adjustment give you control over the feel of the light. A memory function recalls your last mode and settings, so your usual setup is ready when you turn it back on.

Getting the most from it

Choose both light sources when you want the page lit more evenly, or switch to the upper or lower light for a more targeted beam. That makes it easy to move between reading a full page and illuminating a smaller area for writing, drawing, or crafts. The adjustable clip and lamp head help direct the light where you need it, whether the light is attached to a book or positioned on a desk, shelf, or nightstand.

Short presses cycle through the five color temperatures and five preset brightness levels. For finer control, a long press adjusts brightness smoothly. The range runs from warm 2200K light to 6000K, while the memory function saves the last-used color temperature, brightness, and lighting mode. Four green indicator lights show the battery level, and Type-C charging keeps the rechargeable design practical for regular indoor use.

Compared with a basic reading light that offers only one beam, the dual-light setup gives you a choice between broader coverage and focused illumination. Its compact 4.33 x 1.37 x 0.59-inch body and 51 g weight also make it convenient to move between a reading spot at home and a book during travel.

Best use cases

For bedtime reading, clip the light to a book and angle the head toward the page. Choose a warmer color temperature and a comfortable brightness for a softer reading setup. When studying or writing at a desk, use both light sources for broader page coverage, or select one source to concentrate the beam. The same adjustable lighting can support drawing, knitting, and other close-up crafts.

The clip rotates through 150°, and the head can be turned left, right, or downward to direct the beam. This helps tailor the position around a book, shelf, desk, or nightstand. The three lighting modes and range of brightness settings make it useful when one fixed beam would not suit every task.

When it makes sense

The Gritin G1315 suits readers who want a compact clip-on light with more control than a single-brightness, single-beam design. Its dual-light modes cover both broad page lighting and focused use, while adjustable color temperature and brightness let you shape the setup for reading, studying, or crafts. The rechargeable battery, Type-C charging, and saved settings make it a practical choice for keeping a preferred reading light close at hand.
