Greymond 04 Wood Slat Acoustic Wall Panels, Walnut, 4-Pack, 31 sq ft
Product description
Choosing a wall feature can be about more than appearance: these Greymond panels pair a walnut slat design with a felt backing made to absorb sound and reduce echo.
The four-panel set covers 31 sq ft, giving you a defined area for a TV wall, bedroom feature wall, home office, or media room.
Each panel measures 47.2 x 23.6 inches. The MDF slats add depth and wood-grain warmth, while the polyester felt backing brings an acoustic function to the decorative finish.
Quick overview
The panels use a two-layer construction: 6 mm MDF slats bonded to 5 mm polyester felt. That combination is designed to help soften echo and support clearer sound in rooms where people watch, listen, work, or record. It gives a wall more texture while serving a practical purpose in the room’s sound environment.
Four panels cover 31 sq ft, making the set suited to a focused feature area rather than an all-over wall treatment. Compared with a flat decorative finish, the slatted surface brings three-dimensional detail, and the felt backing adds sound absorption. The walnut color offers a warm visual accent for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and media spaces.
How it fits
Use the panels to create a feature behind a sofa, bed, or TV, or to add a finished backdrop to a home office or recording space. Their stated uses include living rooms, bedrooms, offices, studios, and media rooms. In a home theater or listening area, the felt layer is designed to reduce echo, in a work space, the panels can add both wall texture and an acoustic treatment element.
The four-panel coverage makes it easier to plan a defined section of wall or ceiling. Measure the intended area and consider the panel dimensions when laying out the arrangement. Natural variation between panels is part of the wood finish, so the walnut tone may differ slightly from one panel to another.
How to use it
Mount the panels on a wall or ceiling using the included screws, or choose construction adhesive for a no-drill installation, the adhesive is not included. For a clean fit around an outlet, the panels can be cut with a standard jigsaw. Plan the placement and any cutouts before mounting so the slat pattern works with the room’s fixtures and focal points.
A practical setup is a section behind a television: the panels define the viewing area, add a warm slatted backdrop, and bring the felt-backed construction into a space used for media. The same approach can create a distinct visual zone behind a desk or bed without changing the room’s overall layout.
