FLEXISPOT Standing Desk, 55" x 28

Quick overview

For a home office where one surface needs to handle a computer, papers, and everyday accessories, the FLEXISPOT EN2 offers a whole-piece desktop measuring 55" x 28".

Its motorized frame adjusts from 28.1" to 45.7", so you can alternate between sitting and standing without moving your setup to another desk.

The included clamp-on power strip adds three outlets and two USB charging ports. It can attach to the back or side, while a cable management device helps keep cords from spreading across the workspace.

The 1" eco-friendly desktop gives you room to arrange a monitor, documents, and smaller accessories together. Four programmable memory presets are useful if you switch between a few preferred heights during the day, the controller has six buttons. The motor is listed at less than 50 dB, and the desk’s stated weight capacity is 176 pounds. According to the maker, the frame, motor, and other mechanical devices have a five-year warranty, while the controller, switches, and electronics have a two-year warranty.

How to use it

Set the desk at a comfortable seated height, then use the digital controller to raise it when you want to work standing. You can save up to four positions as presets, which can make repeated adjustments simpler than manually finding the same height each time. Clip the power strip where it is easiest to reach from your chair, either at the back or along the side, and route cords through the cable management device.

This setup suits a routine that moves between focused computer work and standing tasks, such as reviewing documents beside an open laptop. Compared with a fixed-height desk, the EN2 offers more flexibility during the workday, a fixed desk may be more suitable if you never plan to change positions and do not need a motorized frame.

Practical tips

Before arranging your equipment, decide which side of the desktop should hold the power strip. That choice affects how easily you can reach the outlets and where charging cables run. Keep the desktop’s stated 176-pound capacity in mind when planning a setup with multiple devices and accessories.

Keep in mind that the desk arrives in two packages, and they may ship separately, so the full setup may not be ready when the first box arrives. Assembly may require an electric drill, which is not included. The listed desktop dimensions can also vary by 0 to 1" because of hand measurement, so allow some tolerance if you are planning the desk around a tight space.

Questions before you buy

Can the power strip be repositioned? Yes. It clips to the back or side of the desk, letting you choose the more convenient location for your setup.

How many saved heights are available? The digital controller offers four programmable memory presets for frequently used positions.

Does assembly include an electric drill? No. Assembly may require one, and it is not included. The product also ships in two separate packages that may arrive at different times.

Is it worth it?

A solid pick if you want a height-adjustable desk with a one-piece desktop, built-in charging access, and room for a computer setup plus paperwork. The presets and movable power strip are practical details for a workspace that gets rearranged or used in both seated and standing positions.

Not the best choice if you need a desk that is ready to use without assembly, or if you want the drill supplied. It is also worth comparing against a simpler fixed desk if you will not use the height adjustment or charging features, those are central parts of what this model offers.
