FIOVER guijiao006 12-Pack 0.5mm Black Retractable Gel Pens with Soft Grip

A soft silicone grip gives these FIOVER pens a cushioned place to rest your fingers during notes, forms, or journal entries. The retractable design keeps the tips covered when they are not in use. Each pen uses black 0.5mm gel ink, and the set contains 12 pens.

Key features

The fine tip is suited to compact handwriting, planner boxes, and everyday paperwork where a narrower line can be useful. FIOVER describes the ink as quick-drying to help reduce smearing, including for left-handed writers, though drying can depend on the paper and writing conditions. The ink is black, and the pens have a round plastic body with a soft silicone grip.

Retractable tips make these pens easy to open and close without a separate cap. A clip lets you attach one to a notebook or bag, which can be handy when moving between a desk, classroom, or work area. The listing also identifies the pens as ambidextrous and recommends them for writing, note-taking, journaling, drawing, and school or office work.

Buyer feedback commonly highlights the comfortable grip and smooth writing, with some saying the fine point helps with small spaces. Experiences with ink flow are mixed: while some customers describe it as smooth, others report that the ink does not flow properly. That variation is worth keeping in mind if consistent flow is a priority.

Tips for day-to-day use

For notes or planner entries, the 0.5mm tip offers a fine line without requiring a separate specialty pen. The retractable format is practical for quick tasks: click the pen open to write, then retract it before putting it back in a pocket, bag, or pen case. Its clip can help keep a pen close to a notebook or folder, while the 12-count set provides multiple pens to distribute between home, school, and work.

The soft grip is the main comfort-oriented feature, especially for sessions that involve repeated writing. It gives the fingers a softer contact point than a plain hard barrel, but the listing does not specify grip dimensions or ink refill availability. If you need a particular grip thickness or plan to replace cartridges, those details are not established here.

Who it’s for

These pens are aimed at people who regularly write by hand and want black gel ink in a fine-tip, retractable format. They can suit teachers, nurses, students, office workers, and journal or planner users who value having several pens available. For example, one can stay with a planner while another is kept with work notes, reducing the need to carry a single pen between tasks.

It suits you if a soft grip, a fine 0.5mm line, and a multi-pen set match your everyday writing habits. Compared with choosing a basic pen with a hard barrel, this set puts more emphasis on a cushioned grip, someone who prioritizes a specific ink-flow performance over grip comfort may prefer to compare other options as well.

Is it worth it?

The set’s appeal is straightforward: 12 black retractable gel pens, a fine point, a soft grip, and clips for carrying or attaching them to notebooks. Those features make it a practical format for routine notes and paperwork rather than a specialized writing instrument with detailed performance specifications. The listing does not provide refill information, so it is best judged as a set of ready-to-use pens rather than a documented refillable system.

Customer impressions are mostly positive about comfort and writing feel, but ink-flow feedback is not uniform. If you mainly want comfortable everyday pens for notes, journaling, or office use, the combination of grip and quantity may fit. You may want to skip it if you need assured, consistent ink flow or have a specific refill requirement, since the available details and buyer feedback do not establish either.
