EUHOMY CD009 Portable Clothes Dryer, 1.8 Cu. Ft., Stainless Steel Drum

Key takeaways

With a 1.8 cu. ft. capacity, the EUHOMY CD009 is a front-load portable dryer for everyday laundry in apartments, dorms, RVs, and other compact living spaces. Its stainless steel drum and four named settings—Cool, Warm, Hot, and Air Dry—let you choose an approach suited to the load, from freshening clothes to drying everyday garments.

The compact unit measures 15.8"D x 18.9"W x 22.17"H and weighs 34.2 pounds. A wide front door with a clear window makes it easy to see inside, and the cycle pauses when the door opens. The dryer is described as wall-mountable and is designed for standard 120V electrical outlets.

How to take care of it

Routine upkeep centers on the built-in, multi-layer lint filter. Cleaning it helps keep lint from accumulating during regular use. The dryer also has a built-in exhaust duct, so choose a setup that accommodates its exhaust and follow the placement and care guidance supplied with the unit.

The stainless steel drum is designed to distribute heat evenly while helping reduce fabric tangles and wrinkles. For a gentler cycle, select Warm, use Air Dry when you want a no-heat setting. Cool is intended to freshen clothes and remove odors, while Hot is the setting for everyday drying.

Getting the most from it

This dryer suits households that want an independent laundry setup without dedicating the space to a full-size appliance. For example, it can handle a small everyday load of T-shirts or underwear, or be used for towels, baby clothes, and bedsheets. Its compact footprint is useful where a traditional laundry area is not practical, while the 1.8 cu. ft. drum gives you room for routine household items.

Choose the setting to match the task: Cool for freshening, Warm for gentle drying or wrinkle care, Hot for everyday clothes, and Air Dry for air-only drying. The front window lets you monitor the load, and opening the door pauses the cycle. Buyers appreciate the portability and fit for smaller spaces, feedback on drying time, noise, and heating is mixed, and some buyers raise concerns about durability. These experiences are worth weighing alongside your intended use and laundry routine.
