Product description
For households looking to clean the air in a large room, the ECOSELF HAP-602 is rated to cover up to 2,400 sq ft in 30 minutes. Its 3-stage True HEPA filtration and 360° airflow are designed for whole-room air cleaning.
A built-in PM2.5 sensor displays air quality in real time, while automatic mode adjusts fan speed when air quality declines. The display’s colored indicators make changing readings easy to see at a glance.
Need a purifier that can adapt as room conditions change? The HAP-602 combines automatic control with manual fan settings, plus a sleep mode for quieter operation.
Technical overview
The HAP-602 pairs air-quality monitoring with adjustable filtration, giving you a choice between letting the purifier respond automatically or selecting a fan speed yourself.
- Coverage: Up to 2,400 sq ft in 30 minutes
- Filtration: 3-stage True HEPA
- Air quality: Built-in PM2.5 sensor and real-time display
- Airflow: 360°
- Controls: Three fan speeds, automatic mode, and touch display
- Sleep mode: 20dB
In auto mode, the purifier responds to declining air quality by increasing fan speed. Indicator colors—green, blue, yellow, and red—help show changes on the display. The filtration system is intended to capture airborne particles such as dust, pollen, pet dander, and smoke. For homes that would otherwise rely on a purifier running at one fixed setting, this automatic response offers a more adaptable way to manage airflow as conditions vary.
Who it’s for
This model suits homes or offices where a single purifier is intended to serve a large shared space. It can also fit bedrooms: sleep mode is rated at 20dB, and buyers often praise the quiet operation and straightforward controls. Feedback also highlights the automatic setting’s response to changing air quality, including cooking smoke. These are customer impressions, while the built-in sensor and auto mode provide the documented monitoring and adjustment features.
The touch display and three fan speeds make it practical for people who want both a hands-on setting and an automatic option. Use it to support everyday air cleaning in rooms where dust, pollen, pet dander, or smoke may be present, while keeping in mind that the purifier is designed for airborne particles rather than cleaning pet hair from floors or fabric.
Tips for day-to-day use
Choose one of the three fan speeds when you want direct control, or select auto mode to let the purifier adjust in response to PM2.5 readings. Sleep mode provides a quieter operating setting for nighttime use. The child lock helps prevent children or pets from changing the controls accidentally.
Plan to replace the filter every 3 to 6 months. The filter should not be cleaned with water or other liquids, replacing it as directed keeps routine care simple. Place the purifier where it can serve the room you want to address, then use the display to follow its air-quality readings.
Final verdict
The ECOSELF HAP-602 brings large-room coverage, 3-stage filtration, and real-time PM2.5 monitoring together in one purifier. Its auto mode is useful when air conditions shift during the day, while the quiet sleep setting and child lock add practical options for household use. It’s a strong fit for anyone seeking monitored, adjustable air cleaning for a spacious room, bedroom, or office.
