Dreamda M73-M9 Sleep Earbuds for Side Sleepers with ANC and Bluetooth 6.1

Choosing bedtime earbuds often comes down to fit as much as sound: a low-profile shape can make listening more comfortable when your ear rests against a pillow. Dreamda M73-M9 earbuds combine a flat, ergonomic in-ear design with noise management for nighttime use.

Soft liquid silicone tips and a flush profile are designed for side sleeping. Bluetooth 6.1 connects the earbuds wirelessly to cell phones, while built-in AI white noise adds an option for creating a calmer listening environment.

Quick overview

These sleep earbuds bring together active noise cancellation, AI noise reduction, and a four-layer physical soundproofing system. The product description gives a 43 dB noise-blocking figure and also describes adaptive snore masking that detects snoring in real time and plays masking audio. Together, these features are intended to help cover common bedroom disturbances such as snoring, traffic, and appliance hum.

Their 3D ergonomic contour and flat profile are made to sit close to the ear, while soft, breathable liquid silicone tips help reduce pressure during pillow-side listening. An AI sensor locks the touch controls when you fall asleep, helping prevent accidental pauses as you shift position. The built-in media is a wireless charging case.

Usage tips

Pair the earbuds with a cellphone over Bluetooth, then choose the listening approach that suits bedtime: AI white noise for a steady sound environment, or audio with the noise-management features for a room affected by snoring or everyday background sounds. For side sleeping, seat the earbuds flush in your ears so the low-profile shape can sit close to the pillow. The touch-control lock is designed to engage when the sensor detects that you have fallen asleep.

Best use cases

These earbuds are suited to bedtime listening when a conventional, protruding earbud shape is not the priority. Their flat profile is intended for people who sleep on their sides, and the silicone tips support a close in-ear fit. Compared with choosing earbuds mainly for daytime listening, this design puts pillow comfort, noise management, and sleep-focused audio features at the center.

They can also suit shared bedrooms where snoring or household and street sounds make it harder to settle down. The adaptive masking feature is designed to respond to snoring, while AI white noise offers another way to create a consistent sound backdrop for sleep, meditation, or relaxation. What would help most at bedtime: reducing outside noise or adding a steady sound to focus on? These earbuds include features for both approaches.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want earbuds made specifically for bedtime rather than a fit focused mainly on everyday listening.
