Made from white particle board, the DEVAISE ASNG009WH filing cabinet gives office supplies, documents, and craft materials five separate drawers. Its vertical layout keeps frequently used items organized in one piece of furniture, while the clean white finish suits an office, studio, or workspace.

Four casters make it easy to move the cabinet around your workspace. The two front casters have brakes, and the casters can be removed for stationary placement.

Tech summary

• Type: 5-drawer filing and storage cabinet
• Material: Particle board
• Color: White
• Drawer capacity: Up to 18 pounds per drawer
• Mobility: Four casters, including two front casters with brakes, casters are removable

The five drawers provide separate places for documents, office supplies, and smaller project essentials. That makes it easier to group items by purpose rather than stack them together on an open shelf. Each drawer supports up to 18 pounds, giving you a clear capacity guideline when organizing its contents. The cabinet can also serve as a printer stand or rolling office cart, as long as the intended setup suits your workspace.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the drawers to sort paperwork, stationery, and craft supplies into categories you can find again. In a home office, one drawer can hold everyday desk items while others keep documents and backup supplies together. In a craft area, separate compartments help keep tools and materials organized between projects. The mobile base lets you reposition the cabinet as your work area changes, engage the front caster brakes when you want it to stay in place. For a fixed setup, the casters can be removed.

Assembly instructions are included, and the cabinet can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Buyer feedback often highlights the cabinet’s appearance, useful storage, and functionality. Assembly experiences vary, and some buyers report receiving damaged pieces or having drawers break. These are individual customer experiences, alongside positive feedback about the cabinet’s everyday usefulness.

Best use cases

This cabinet is suited to offices, studios, and workspaces that need organized drawer storage close at hand. Use it for paperwork and office essentials, or divide craft materials such as paints, markers, and small tools among the drawers. Its wheeled design is useful when supplies need to move between work areas. Compared with a single open shelf or storage bin, the drawer format helps keep smaller items grouped and out of view.

When it makes sense

Choose the DEVAISE cabinet when you want five drawers for sorting everyday supplies, with the option to roll the unit between locations or remove its casters for stationary placement. The white finish, included assembly instructions, and stated per-drawer capacity make it a practical fit for an office or creative workspace where organized, accessible storage matters.
