DEVAISE AHDG025WH 3-Drawer Mobile File Cabinet, White, Locking, Under-Desk

At 14.6" D x 17.1" W x 23.6" H, the DEVAISE cabinet is sized for under-desk file storage. Its white metal frame combines a compact footprint with three drawers for separating paperwork and everyday supplies. Choose it when you want files close at hand, a larger floor cabinet makes more sense when you need a separate, high-capacity storage unit.

Getting the most from it

Use the two stationery drawers for smaller office items, with the included pencil tray for writing tools, and reserve the file drawer for hanging folders. Three removable hanging bars can be arranged to accommodate letter-, legal-, and A4-size folders, so the drawer can suit different filing needs. The cabinet is delivered assembled apart from the five casters, which attach to the base. Two front casters have brakes, and a center caster helps prevent tipping. Its dimensions provide a useful reference when planning placement beneath a desk or alongside a workstation.

A single key lock with two keys is designed to secure all three drawers. That setup is useful for keeping stored papers and supplies together in a home office or workplace. Customer feedback frequently appreciates the compact under-desk size, storage arrangement, appearance, and straightforward caster assembly. Experiences with the lock and durability are mixed: some customers report easy locking, while others describe locking issues or damage. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of how a particular unit will perform.

Strengths

The three-drawer layout gives paperwork and frequently used supplies separate places, helping keep a desk surface clear without moving filing to another room. Removable hanging bars add flexibility for common folder sizes, while the dedicated file drawer keeps hanging documents together rather than mixed with loose stationery. The two smaller drawers and pencil tray make it practical to store items used throughout the workday within reach.

Compared with a stationary cabinet, this model adds casters for moving it around a workspace, with front brakes for a steadier parked position. Its white finish and simple rectangular profile also suit a home office where storage needs to fit close to a desk. The assembled cabinet only requires the casters to be attached before it can be moved into place.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you need a compact filing station that combines hanging-file storage, smaller supply drawers, and mobility in one under-desk cabinet. The adjustable hanging bars make it useful for organizing letter, legal, or A4 folders, while the lock and two keys add a dedicated way to secure the drawers. It fits workspaces where keeping documents and daily office essentials close to the desk matters.
