Cosbarn Hardshell Luggage Set, 5-Piece

Families and travelers who want several bag sizes in one coordinated set may appreciate the Cosbarn five-piece hardshell luggage set. It pairs wheeled 20-, 24-, and 28-inch suitcases with a travel tote and toiletry bag, covering different trip lengths without buying each piece separately. The cases nest for storage, which is useful when closet space is limited between trips. It’s a great fit if you value having a carry-on, larger checked-bag options, and smaller accessories together, the tradeoff is that the listing gives no suitcase weights or interior capacities to help compare packing room.

Best use cases

The different case sizes give you options for a quick overnight trip, a longer vacation, or packing for multiple family members. For example, you could keep essentials in the 20-inch suitcase, divide clothing between the medium and large cases, and slide the tote over a suitcase handle while moving through an airport. The toiletry bag adds a separate place for smaller travel items. When the trip is over, the cases nest inside one another instead of taking up the footprint of three separate suitcases.

This set makes more sense for travelers who want a coordinated collection than for someone replacing only a single carry-on. The 20-inch case is described as carry-on luggage, but airlines set their own size rules, so check the dimensions against your carrier before flying. The 24- and 28-inch pieces give you larger packing options, though there are no listed measurements beyond those size labels or stated capacities for comparing what fits.

Product specs

• Type: Five-piece hardshell luggage set
• Material: ABS
• Size: 20-, 24-, and 28-inch suitcases
• Included: Three wheeled suitcases, a travel tote, and a toiletry bag
• Organization: Two-sided packing, compression straps, zippered divider, and mesh pockets
• Security: Built-in combination lock and double zipper on each suitcase
• Mobility: Eight multidirectional spinner wheels and a three-stage pull handle

The ABS shells are described as impact-resistant, with side bumper feet intended to reduce scuffing when a case rests on its side. Top and side handles provide another way to lift the cases. The maker describes the spinner wheels as smooth and quiet, but the listing does not provide wheel dimensions or independent durability information. The tote’s trolley sleeve lets it sit over a suitcase handle, leaving your hands free while you move between a car and a terminal.

Where it shines

Organization is a practical strength here: compression straps and a zippered divider help keep clothing separated, while mesh pockets give smaller items a designated spot. That can make it easier to find a charger or toiletries without unpacking the whole case after checking in. The combination lock and double zipper add built-in closure features, although the listing does not explain the lock setup or provide details about security certification.

Compared with buying one larger suitcase and packing everything into it, this set offers more flexibility when travelers need separate bags or different case sizes. In return, it takes more storage space while in use, and the ABS construction may not appeal to shoppers specifically seeking another shell material. It may not suit you if you need exact weight, capacity, or airline-compliance details before choosing.

Should you buy it?

Choose this set if you’ll make use of several suitcase sizes, want the tote and toiletry bag included, and value nesting cases for home storage. It’s a less convincing choice if you only need one bag or if your decision depends on verified weights, interior volume, or a particular airline’s carry-on limits. The set’s appeal is its range of included pieces and organized interiors, before committing, make sure those three case sizes match the way you travel and the space you have to store them.
