COCASES Anti-Theft Phone Tether, 27.6-Inch Retractable Steel Line, 360° Swivel
Product description
At a festival, on a crowded commute, or out on a trail, the COCASES Anti-Theft Phone Tether keeps your phone attached to a belt, bag, or backpack while leaving it ready to use. Its retractable steel line extends for taking photos, scanning tickets, or checking a message, then retracts when you let go.
A locking zinc alloy carabiner and a rotating phone connection make it practical to carry and use on the move.
Product specs
- Type: Retractable phone tether and lanyard

Everyday compatibility
The set includes two ways to connect a phone while keeping its case on. Use the thin tab with a full-coverage case, or choose the quick-release tether for a half- or full-coverage case. Having both attachment options makes it easier to move the tether between devices or choose the connection that suits the case you use.
The carabiner attaches the tether to a belt, bag, or backpack, so the phone stays connected while remaining accessible. This is useful when you want to keep a device close at a crowded event or while walking, without holding it continuously. The 360° rotating connection lets the phone turn as you handle it, helping the line move without tangling around the phone.
Everyday use
A retractable tether offers a different approach from a fixed-length strap: pull the phone out to take a picture or scan an entry ticket, then let the line retract when you are finished. You can use the phone without detaching it from your bag or belt, keeping it within reach during errands, commuting, or outdoor activities.
The setup also works for carrying keys, ID badges, access cards, or a small pouch. For a hike or fishing trip, attach an essential item to a pack or belt, for dog walking, keep a phone or keys close at hand. The locking carabiner provides the attachment point, while the swivel helps the connected item move more freely as you reach or turn.
What to clarify

How far does the line extend? The retractable steel line measures 27.6 inches, giving you room to bring the attached phone forward for common tasks such as photos, ticket scans, and messages.
Can it carry items other than a phone? Yes. It can also hold keys, ID badges, access cards, or small pouches, making it useful for everyday carry as well as outdoor activities.
