The ring automatically measures heart rate every 30 minutes while worn, alongside sleep and activity tracking. That gives you a wearable option for following everyday movement and rest without choosing a wrist-worn tracker. Its silver finish keeps the design simple for regular wear, while the ring format can suit people who prefer tracking from a finger-worn device.
How to use it
Check the size chart and measure your finger circumference before choosing a size, a suitable fit helps the ring feel comfortable during everyday wear. Once it’s on, the ring tracks sleep and daily activities, including exercise, steps, and calories. Heart rate measurements are taken automatically every 30 minutes while you wear it, so it can be part of a routine that includes both daytime movement and overnight sleep tracking.
Use the companion app on an iOS or Android device to access the tracking features. No app subscription is required. The product is listed as IP68 waterproof, making it suited to varied everyday settings. For a typical routine, you could wear it while going about your day, then keep it on as you sleep to follow activity and rest in the same wearable.
Best use cases
The BIEMHA VR11 is a practical fit for people who want a ring-style wearable for everyday activity, exercise, sleep, and recurring heart rate readings. It brings several wellness-tracking functions into one compact format, rather than relying on separate devices for sleep and activity. If your priority is a finger-worn tracker that works with an iOS or Android app without an ongoing subscription, its combination of features is the main reason to consider it.
Buyer feedback often highlights the metallic appearance, ease of use, and health-tracking features. Sizing opinions are mixed, and some buyers also report mixed experiences with charging-case reliability, so measuring your finger against the size chart is a useful step before selecting the silver size 9.
