Ciwuzxs Retractable Badge Reel 2-Piece Set

The Halloween ghost design gives these retractable badge reels a more playful look than a plain ID clip, while the cord lets you bring a badge forward for scanning without unclipping it. The two-piece set also gives you a spare or one to share with a coworker.

A useful detail for busy shifts: the cord extends up to 24 inches, and the clip rotates 360 degrees. Would a cheerful accent make your everyday uniform feel a little less routine?

How to use it

Clip a reel to clothing, a pocket, or a bag, then pull the attached ID toward a reader when you need it. The retractable cord is intended to extend and return without removing the badge, which can be handy when your hands are full or the reader is just out of reach. The listing also mentions keys as another item to carry, though it doesn’t specify how much weight the reel is designed to support.

The metal alligator clip and nylon cord are the practical parts, the acrylic body and nurse-themed ghost graphics supply the personality. You’ll appreciate it if you want a work accessory that feels festive without giving up quick badge access. The design is especially suited to Halloween fans and healthcare settings, though the listing also names teachers and office workers as possible users.

Pros

• Two reels come in the set, making it easier to keep one available as a spare or give one to a colleague.
• A 24-inch maximum extension offers room to bring an ID to a scanner without detaching the clip.
• The rotating clip can attach to clothing, pockets, or bags, according to the product details.
• The ghost-and-nurse theme adds a seasonal, personal touch to standard workwear.

A limitation is the specific look: the Halloween theme may feel out of place if you prefer a neutral accessory for year-round use. Also, the stated reach is up to 24 inches, so think about where you usually wear your badge and how far it needs to travel to reach a scanner.

Spec sheet

• Type: Retractable badge reel

• Extension: Up to 24 inches
• Clip: 360-degree rotating alligator clip
• Design: Halloween ghost crew with nurse-themed graphics

When it makes sense

This set makes the most sense if you want a functional badge holder with a fun seasonal design for a medical workplace, a themed event, or a small appreciation gift. It offers a more personal alternative to a basic retractable clip, while keeping the familiar pull-to-scan format. It may not suit you if you need an understated design, want exact size or weight details before choosing, or rely on a reel to carry heavier items—the listing doesn’t state a weight capacity. For everyday badge access with a Halloween accent, the two-piece format and stated 24-inch reach are the main reasons to consider it.
