The P79 combines digital capture with direct printing, so children can keep files on the card and make physical prints from selected moments. The printer uses thermal technology, which prints without toner. For a child who wants a camera experience that goes beyond storing pictures, that print-on-the-spot option is a clear point of difference from a basic kids’ digital camera.
Tips for day-to-day use
Use the front camera for selfies and switch to the rear camera for subjects in front of the lens. The LCD gives children a way to frame shots and review the camera’s functions. For play at home or while traveling, built-in games, photo frames, and filters add creative options alongside still photos and video. Time-lapse capture offers another way to record a scene over time, while the flash supports shooting in situations where extra light is useful.
The camera’s two print modes let kids choose how a paper photo is rendered. Digital images are saved as JPEG files on the TF card, while prints are black and white, making the two formats useful for different purposes: keep digital pictures for viewing later, or print a favorite as a small physical memento. Customer feedback often highlights the fun of giving the camera to children and using its playful features. Opinions on print operation and image clarity are mixed, so the digital files and instant prints are best understood as two distinct parts of the experience.
Box contents

Final verdict
The Cimizi P79 suits families looking for a first camera that pairs straightforward photo and video capture with hands-on creative features. Dual lenses support selfies and everyday photography, while the thermal printer gives kids a way to turn selected moments into black-and-white keepsakes. Games, filters, frames, and time-lapse add variety for young photographers who want more to explore than a camera that only saves files.
