BOTSLAB G300H Plus Set 4K Dual Dash Cam, STARVIS 2, GPS, 64GB Card

Choosing a dash cam often comes down to what you want covered: a forward-facing view of the road, or footage from both the front and rear. The BOTSLAB G300H Plus Set records in 4K Ultra HD up front and 1080P in the rear, pairing broad views with built-in GPS and app access for everyday driving and incident review.

Its STARVIS 2 sensor, voice control, and included 64GB memory card add practical features for capturing and managing drives.

Key points

The front camera has a 170-degree field of view, while the rear camera covers 150 degrees. Together, they capture more of the area around the vehicle than a front-only setup, useful when you want a record of traffic ahead as well as activity behind. Front video records in 4K Ultra HD and rear video in 1080P, with STARVIS 2 and WDR night vision for recording in varied lighting.

Built-in GPS logs driving information such as route and speed, adding context when reviewing a clip. Connect to the camera through 5.8GHz Wi-Fi and its app to preview, download, trim, and share footage. Voice control lets you start a video or take a photo with a spoken command, while the 2-inch screen provides a direct view and playback option.

Loop recording manages ongoing footage, and the G-sensor can lock recordings when it detects an impact. A 64GB TF card is included. Buyers praise the video clarity, setup, included card, and GPS features, feedback on operation and app connectivity is mixed.

Everyday use

Use the G300H Plus Set to document a commute, road trip, or rideshare drive from both ends of the vehicle. The front and rear views offer a broader record than a single forward-facing camera, while the compact screen allows a quick check at the dash. For footage review or sharing, the app provides a phone-based alternative to removing the memory card.

The 24-hour parking mode can monitor the vehicle while parked, but it requires a separately purchased hardwire kit. The included car charger supports regular in-car use, the package also includes the front and rear cameras, USB-C cable, and user manual.

Tips for day-to-day use

Position the windshield-mounted front camera for a clear view through the windshield, and place the rear camera to capture the area behind the vehicle. Use voice commands such as “take photo” or “Video Start” to control recording while keeping your attention on driving. The app is useful for accessing clips over Wi-Fi, and the built-in display gives you another way to check the live view or playback.

When using an iPhone, allow precise location access for the app to establish a connection. The rear-camera preview may appear mirrored in the app, while recorded footage is normal, the preview setting can be changed in the app or on the device.

Buying verdict

For drivers who want front-and-rear recording with high-resolution 4K footage up front, the G300H Plus Set brings wide-angle coverage, GPS, voice control, and a 64GB card into one dash cam system. It suits everyday driving where accessible footage and route context matter, with parking monitoring available when paired with a separately purchased hardwire kit.
