CHxxy pillow 001 Cervical Memory Foam Pillow, Queen Adjustable Contour

A flat pillow suits sleepers who want one consistent surface. The CHxxy pillow 001 takes a contoured approach, shaping support around the head and neck for a more structured feel.

Its queen-size memory foam design has two contour heights. Rotate the pillow to choose a higher or lower profile, or remove the foam piece at the bottom for another height adjustment.

The butterfly shape is designed for back, side, and stomach sleeping. A removable cover and black color complete a sleep-focused design made for adult use.

Strengths

The contoured center cradles the head, while the raised neck area is designed to follow the natural curve of the neck and shoulders. This gives the pillow a distinct shape compared with a flat, single-height style. Medium-firm memory foam provides the support structure, and the adjustable contour lets you tailor the height to your preferred setup.

For back sleeping, the sides can support the neck while the head rests in the center. Side sleepers can use the side wings to support the neck and shoulders, while the armrest areas provide space for the arms. For stomach sleeping, the design allows the shoulders and arms to rest on the pillow. The queen-size surface measures 24 x 15.5 x 4 inches, giving you room to settle into the contour.

Customer feedback on the feel is mixed: some buyers appreciate the neck support and say they wake with less stiffness, while others find the pillow too firm or uncomfortable. Those differing impressions make the adjustable height useful when choosing how the contour sits beneath the head and neck.

Key takeaways

The CHxxy pillow 001 combines memory foam with a butterfly-shaped contour and a medium-firm feel. Its 180-degree rotation offers two contour heights, and a removable foam piece adds another way to adjust the setup. The pillow is black and queen size, with a removable cover for straightforward access during care.

It makes sense if you want a shaped pillow for sleep rather than a conventional flat surface, especially if you switch between sleeping positions or want to adjust the contour height. The design is intended for sleeping support, not for diagnosing or treating a medical condition. Ask a healthcare professional before using it as part of medical rehabilitation.

Care & maintenance

The cover is removable and described as machine washable. Remove it for cleaning and follow its care instructions. Keep cleaning focused on the cover, the pillow itself is memory foam. Taking off the cover also makes it easier to keep the sleep surface fresh as part of your regular bedding routine.

When it makes sense

Choose this pillow when you want an ergonomic contour, memory foam support, and a way to change the height without replacing the pillow. Its separate areas for the head, neck, shoulders, and arms make it suited to sleepers who want a more shaped resting surface across back, side, or stomach positions. The practical advantage is the combination of a defined cervical contour and adjustable placement: you can rotate it to select the higher or lower side, then decide whether the removable foam piece suits your preferred setup.
