ChiXnuggle CXUSH1JD1 Medium Dog Bed, Faux Fur Bolsters, Washable Cover

Some dogs prefer a simple padded spot, while others settle more comfortably in a cozy, enclosed-feeling bed. The ChiXnuggle CXUSH1JD1 combines egg-crate foam cushioning with raised faux-fur bolsters. Its removable, machine-washable cover makes routine cleanup practical. The cream, oval bed is designed for medium dogs and indoor use.

Who it’s for

This bed suits medium-size dogs that like to curl up, lean against a raised edge, or rest their head on a bolster. The surrounding sides create a nest-like place to settle for naps and everyday relaxation, while the plush faux-fur surface offers a soft-feeling resting area. At 30 x 24 x 7 inches, it gives you specific dimensions to compare with your dog’s usual sleeping position and the space you have indoors. It’s a useful fit for a favorite corner, beside a desk, or in another familiar resting spot.

If you’re choosing between an open, flat cushion and a bed with raised sides, the bolstered design is especially relevant for dogs that curl up or like something to lean on. You’ll appreciate it if your dog uses the edge of a bed as a headrest and you want a soft surface with cushioning underneath.

Strengths

The egg-crate foam base is designed to distribute weight and provide supportive cushioning for everyday rest. A dog can settle into the center while the surrounding bolsters offer a place to lean or rest its head. The faux-rabbit-fur-style cover adds a cozy surface without changing the bed’s practical, defined shape.

Everyday care is built into the design: the cover unzips and can be machine washed, and its water-resistant treatment helps protect the inner foam from everyday accidents. A non-slip bottom with rubber grips helps the bed stay more securely in place on smooth floors such as hardwood or tile.

Buyer feedback often highlights comfort, washability, and the supportive feel of the bolsters. Comments on size and on removing or refitting the cover are mixed, some buyers also describe reassembling the bed after washing as difficult. Measuring your dog’s preferred resting space against the listed dimensions can help you choose the right fit for its usual sleeping posture.
