Bedsure BED-L-49 Elevated Cooling Dog Bed, 49-Inch Gray Teslin Mesh

Tech summary

The 49-inch gray Bedsure cot pairs a raised frame with breathable Teslin mesh, creating an open resting surface for indoor or outdoor use. Its elevated design allows air to circulate beneath your dog, while the mesh gives your pet a supportive place to settle on a patio, porch, or campsite.

The lightweight frame is designed for portability, so the bed can move between home and travel settings. The mesh can be washed with water and cleaned more thoroughly with mild soap, making routine care practical after outdoor use.

• Material: Teslin mesh and iron frame
• Color: Gray
• Maximum recommended weight: 85 pounds
• Use: Indoor and outdoor
• Care: Machine washable, the mesh can also be rinsed or wiped clean

Practical tips

Choose this raised cot when you want an alternative to a padded floor bed, especially for warm-weather lounging or outdoor downtime. The mesh surface and space beneath the frame support airflow around your dog, while the 8-inch elevation helps keep the resting area above the ground. It is suited to backyard, patio, porch, poolside, and camping use.

Assembly is intended to take a few minutes. Once set up, the lightweight design makes it easier to move the cot between resting spots or take it along on a trip. Buyers often say their pets enjoy using it and describe the frame as sturdy. Feedback on assembly and durability varies, and some buyers mention that the bed can slide around, so its position may matter when choosing a spot.

Usage tips

Use the bed as a dedicated resting place indoors or outdoors, and match it to a dog whose weight is within the 85-pound recommendation. Its open mesh surface offers a different feel from a cushion-style bed: air can pass through the raised sleeping area rather than leaving the dog directly on the floor. That makes the format useful for a patio break, a shaded backyard rest, or a portable spot at camp.

For routine cleaning, rinse the mesh with water, wipe it with a damp towel, or use a hose. For a deeper clean, use mild soap or an all-surface cleaner and rinse thoroughly. The stated care instructions also list machine washing. Buyers’ mixed comments about assembly suggest allowing time to fit the frame and mesh together carefully before use.

What to clarify

What size dog is this bed designed for? It is listed for large dogs and has a maximum recommended weight of 85 pounds. The sleeping surface measures 49 inches long by 31.5 inches wide, which can help you compare the cot with your dog’s usual resting space.

Can it be used outdoors? Yes. The bed is described for indoor and outdoor use, including settings such as a backyard, patio, porch, poolside, or campsite. Its weather-resistant design and raised mesh surface suit those environments.

How do you clean the mesh? Rinse it with water, use a hose, or wipe it with a damp towel. For deeper cleaning, mild soap or an all-surface cleaner can be used, followed by a thorough rinse.
