Compatibility & requirements

The fitted sheet is designed for king mattresses measuring 8 to 16 inches deep. Its all-around elastic helps hold the sheet in place across the mattress, and the directional tags make it easier to identify the top and bottom while dressing the bed. The set includes two king pillowcases with an open-end design, along with the flat and fitted sheets.

For shoppers comparing sheet sets by fabric feel, sateen is the defining choice here: its smooth surface and soft sheen give the bed a more polished look than a purely matte finish. The long-staple cotton is described as breathable, making the set suitable for regular use in different seasons. Pastel blue and a solid pattern keep the look simple and easy to coordinate with bedroom décor.

Practical tips

Machine wash the sheets warm and tumble dry on low. Remove them promptly after drying to help reduce wrinkles. When making the bed, use the fitted sheet’s top-and-bottom tags to orient it, then stretch the all-around elastic over the mattress edges for a secure fit. The pillowcases have open ends, so pillows slide in from the side rather than through an envelope-style closure.
