Tips for day-to-day use

File contacts by last name or another approach that’s easy for you to remember, then use the matching letter tab to find them later. The dedicated date sections offer a separate place to record birthdays and anniversaries, while the emergency phone number pages keep important numbers easy to locate. Password pages and notes provide room for other details you want to keep in the same organizer.

For a regular writing session, open the book flat on a desk or table and use the ribbon to mark the section you’re working in. The elastic strap helps keep the book closed between uses, and the pocket can hold bills or loose notes. The 7 x 10-inch size is described as fitting in a medium-sized purse, making it convenient to bring along when you want your contacts close at hand.

How to use it

Start with the A–Z tabs to organize your address and contact entries. Add birthdays and anniversaries in their own sections, and use the emergency numbers pages for important phone contacts. Keep password details and general notes in the corresponding pages so they’re gathered in one book rather than spread across separate paper lists. The 100 GSM paper provides a substantial writing surface for these entries.

This paper-based format suits anyone who prefers to browse and update information by hand. Compared with keeping details in separate notebooks or loose sheets, the dedicated sections make it easier to group contacts, dates, and notes in one place. Customer comments also mention the generous writing room and appreciate the larger print, particularly when recording more than a name and phone number.

Questions before you buy

How many contacts can I record? The address and contact pages provide space for 396 entries across 132 pages, arranged behind A–Z tabs.

What can I record besides addresses and phone numbers? Separate sections are provided for emergency phone numbers, passwords, birthdays, anniversaries, and notes.

Does the book stay open while I write? It opens 180° and lies flat, so you can work across the pages on a desk or table.
