PAGELYST A5 Blank Journal Notebook, 200 Pages, 4-Pack, 100 GSM Paper

What to know

Some notebooks are chosen for orderly, guided notes, others are better suited to ideas that move between writing, sketching, and layouts. This PAGELYST set takes the open-page approach, with four blank A5 notebooks for projects that benefit from a flexible format.

Each notebook has a 200-page layout and 100 GSM acid-free paper with a smooth surface. The pages are designed to resist yellowing and reduce show-through or bleed-through with most pens, markers, and fountain pens, making them useful for everyday journaling and creative work. A faux-leather hardcover adds a firm writing surface and helps protect pages during daily carry.

The details support more than a basic blank book: each notebook opens flat at 180 degrees, and includes a pen holder, elastic closure, expandable inner pocket, and two ribbon bookmarks. Four stencil cards are included for making layouts, habit trackers, or decorative borders. Buyers also highlight the notebooks’ perceived quality and value, while the blank format leaves the page arrangement up to you.

Quick sizing guide

Each notebook measures 5.7 inches by 8.3 inches, an A5 medium size that gives you room to write or draw while remaining easy to carry in a bag. The four-book pack can be divided by purpose—such as one for reflections, another for sketches, and others for planning or a separate subject—or shared across several projects. If you prefer lined pages to keep writing aligned, a ruled format may suit that task better, this set is designed for people who want to decide how each page is used.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the blank pages for free-form notes, mind maps, daily reflections, or drawings without lines or grids shaping the layout. For a more structured page, the stencil cards can help create guides and borders. When a project spans both sides, the 180-degree lay-flat binding makes the spread easier to work across, while the ribbon bookmarks help keep separate sections easy to find.

What makes a blank page easier to use for planning as well as sketching? The included stencils offer a starting point for layouts, and the pocket provides a place to keep loose cards or receipts with the notebook. The elastic band helps hold the book closed between sessions, and the built-in pen holder keeps a writing tool close at hand. The faux-leather cover is water-resistant, a practical feature for a notebook carried through everyday routines.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want several A5 journals that can serve different creative or writing projects without committing to a single page layout. The combination of blank 100 GSM paper, a protective hardcover, lay-flat binding, and useful organizing details makes this four-pack especially well suited to sketching, journaling, and flexible planning.
