Bedsure ComfyFleece Orthopedic Dog Crate Mat, 35 x 22-Inch Washable Cover

Getting the most from it

At 35 x 22 inches, this rectangular Bedsure ComfyFleece mat is sized for a crate or an indoor resting spot. Its 2.8-inch egg crate foam gives dogs a cushioned place to settle, while the soft polyester fleece cover adds a cozy surface. The nonslip bottom helps keep the mat in place as your dog gets comfortable.

If you’re choosing between a standalone lounge bed and a mat made to fit inside a crate, this design serves both needs. Measure the crate’s interior and your dog before choosing a size, the 35 x 22-inch dimensions make it easier to judge the fit. For a new mat, allow 24–72 hours after unpacking for the foam to rebound before use.

The removable cover is machine washable, so routine cleanup is straightforward. Wash it separately in cold water on a delicate cycle, then tumble dry on low. The mat is not waterproof, so a pee pad can help protect it if accidents are a concern. It is also not chewproof, supervise dogs that tend to chew bedding.

Pros

The foam shape and cushioned profile make this a practical upgrade from a thin crate liner, adding a more supportive surface for everyday indoor naps. A nonslip base helps the mat stay positioned, while the removable cover makes it easier to freshen up the sleeping area without washing the foam itself. The charcoal grey, solid-color design also works neatly in a crate or a room corner.

Buyers often praise the bed’s softness, comfort, crate fit, and washable cover. Feedback on durability is mixed: some buyers say it holds up well, while others report that it ripped after months of use. Those comments can help set expectations, but individual experiences vary.

Questions before you buy

How do I check whether it will fit my dog’s crate? Compare the crate’s interior floor space with the mat’s 35 x 22-inch footprint. Measuring your dog while resting can also help you decide whether that surface gives them room to settle comfortably.

How should I wash the cover? Remove it and machine wash it separately in cold water on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat, below 140°F.

Can my dog use it right after unpacking? Allow 24–72 hours for the foam to rebound before use. This gives the egg crate filling time to recover its shape after packaging.

Buying verdict

For dog owners who want one cushioned surface that can serve inside a crate or as an indoor nap mat, the Bedsure ComfyFleece combines egg crate foam, a nonslip base, and a removable washable cover in a useful 35 x 22-inch format. It’s a great fit if easy cover care and a cozy, supportive resting place are priorities.
