Avenco AOMMP50 SyncDeep 12-Inch Queen Mattress, Gel Memory Foam

Some sleepers prioritize a contouring foam feel, while others focus on airflow and easy care. The Avenco SyncDeep brings those needs together in a three-layer, medium-firm queen mattress.

Its open-cell foam core and gel memory foam layer are designed to support airflow and absorb heat, while the moisture-release cover helps manage sweat. A removable, machine-washable cover makes routine care straightforward.

How does that layered design translate to everyday use? The memory foam contours to body curves, and the high-density foam base adds stability and pressure relief. Together, they offer a cushioned feel with support beneath it.

Best use cases

This queen mattress suits a bedroom setup where contouring comfort, a medium-firm feel, and a washable cover matter. The 80-by-60-inch surface provides standard queen-size sleeping space, while the 12-inch profile brings three foam layers into one mattress.

For a typical nightly routine, the open-cell foam core encourages airflow through the mattress, the gel memory foam layer absorbs heat, and the cover helps release moisture. The removable cover is also useful for keeping the sleep surface fresh: take it off for machine washing, then put it back in place once clean and dry.

If you are choosing between a mattress built around one uniform foam feel and a layered construction, this model combines contouring memory foam with a high-density support base. That distinction is useful for shoppers who want cushioning without giving up a more stable foundation.

What stands out

The comfort layers are designed to adapt to body curves, while the high-density base provides support and pressure relief. Its medium-firm feel offers a middle-ground choice for people who prefer neither an especially firm nor a very soft mattress. Buyer feedback also highlights comfort and a balanced firmness, with some noting that the size suits their setup, these are individual impressions rather than a promise of a particular sleep experience.

Airflow and maintenance are practical parts of the design. The open-cell foam has micro-pores to promote air movement, and the gel memory foam layer is designed to absorb heat. The breathable, moisture-release cover is removable and machine washable, making it easier to care for the sleep surface than with a fixed-cover design.

The foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and the cover materials are OEKO-TEX certified. The mattress is also described as fiberglass-free. It arrives compressed in a box, unbox and unroll it, then allow it to expand into its queen shape.
