Ava Nord Stoneware Coffee Mugs 12 oz

What matters most

The Rose Sand reactive glaze gives these stoneware mugs a distinctive, handcrafted look while keeping the finish neutral enough for everyday use. They’re sold as a set of four, so you can serve coffee or tea to a few people without mixing styles.

Each mug holds 12 oz and has a comfortable handle, making it suited to a regular coffee, latte, or cup of tea. From the way it is set up, the set pairs practical drinkware with a coordinated look for the kitchen table.

The product is described as lead-free and non-toxic, and the mugs are microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe. Keep in mind that 12 oz may feel limiting if you prefer oversized servings, these are aimed more at everyday portions than extra-large café-style drinks.

How to take care of it

The stated care options are straightforward: the mugs can go in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer. That gives you flexibility for reheating a drink or chilling something ahead of time, without needing to reserve them for hand washing. The smooth glaze is also described as resisting stains and odors, a useful detail for mugs that move between coffee, tea, and other drinks.

They’re stackable, which can help when cabinet space is tight. Still, the listing doesn’t provide dimensions or details about how high a stack sits, so consider your shelf clearance if storage space is especially limited.

Practical tips

For a slow morning, a latte in one mug and tea in another can go straight to the table in matching Rose Sand pieces. The set of four also gives you spares when guests stop by, while the comfortable handles make them easy to pick up with a hot drink. Their rustic, neutral finish is intended to work with modern, farmhouse, boho, or minimalist décor, rather than acting as a bold accent color.

If you’re choosing between these and plain, basic cups, the reactive glaze and coordinated finish are the main reasons to pick this set. If your priority is a larger drink, the listed 12 oz capacity is the more important detail to weigh than the appearance.

Can I put the mugs in the microwave and dishwasher? Yes. The product information says they’re safe for microwave and dishwasher use, it also lists them as freezer safe.

How many mugs are included? The listing identifies this as a set of four.

Can they be stacked for storage? Yes, they’re described as stackable, although no dimensions or stacking height are provided.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want four matching stoneware mugs for everyday coffee, tea, or lattes, and you value a neutral, handcrafted-style glaze as well as dishwasher convenience. You may want to skip it if you routinely pour extra-large servings or need exact mug dimensions before deciding whether they’ll fit your shelves. The set’s strongest appeal is its mix of a familiar 12 oz serving size, practical care options, and a finish that looks at home on the table.
