Anker Vertical Wireless Mouse, 2.4 GHz

How it fits

A standard mouse can leave your hand turned palm-down for long stretches. This right-hand vertical mouse is shaped to encourage a more neutral, handshake-like position for your wrist and arm while you work. It connects wirelessly through a 2.4 GHz USB receiver, so it’s a different setup from a Bluetooth mouse: you’ll need an available USB port for the receiver.

The shape is specifically for right-handed use. No hand-size range is listed, so you’re choosing without that measurement.

Pros

The vertical design gives you an alternative to the familiar flat mouse, and the adjustable 800, 1200, and 1600 DPI settings let you choose between slower cursor movement and greater sensitivity. Its five buttons include next and previous controls, which can be handy when moving through web pages without reaching for the browser controls.

Picture a work session with a browser open beside a document: a quick thumb press can move between pages, while switching DPI can help make cursor movement feel less fast or more responsive. The mouse enters a power-saving mode after eight minutes of inactivity and wakes when you press either the left or right button. Those are useful everyday touches, though the listing notes that button clicks are audible, it isn’t a quiet-click model.

It’s a great fit if you want a right-handed vertical shape, wireless use, and a few dedicated browsing controls in one mouse. If you’re comparing it with a basic flat mouse, the main reason to choose this one is its hand position and vertical grip, not a larger feature set. It may not suit you if you need Bluetooth, a left-handed shape, or quieter clicks.

When it makes sense

Choose this Anker mouse if your priority is trying a more upright right-hand position for everyday laptop or desktop work, and you’re comfortable using a USB receiver and supplying two AAA batteries. Its DPI options and browser buttons add practical flexibility without changing the basic job of a mouse. If you need Bluetooth, silent clicks, or a shape suited to your left hand, a different design is likely a better match. The key decision is whether the vertical grip addresses your main comfort preference, the listed features don’t establish that it will relieve wrist discomfort for every user.
