Acjohtin YYK-790-Black Sleep Earbuds for Side Sleepers, Flat Fit, Bluetooth 6.1

Tech summary

Side sleepers looking for a low-profile way to listen at bedtime get a compact, flat earbud design made for overnight use. The curved shape sits discreetly in the ear to reduce contact with a pillow compared with bulky, protruding earbuds.

Could a calmer audio routine make it easier to settle in? Built-in AI white noise offers a sound option for sleep, meditation, or relaxation, while Bluetooth 6.1 connects the earbuds wirelessly to a compatible device.

There are no flashing indicator lights to distract from a dark bedroom. Wear one earbud or both to suit your routine, and use touch controls to manage playback without reaching for your phone.

Soft silicone ear tips create a seal with up to 24 dB of noise blocking to help reduce surrounding sounds such as snoring, traffic, and household activity. The earbuds also support entertainment and fitness use, so they can serve beyond bedtime. Their listed average battery life is six hours, and the charging case supports wireless charging.

Who it’s for

These earbuds are designed for side sleepers and anyone who prefers a discreet fit while resting, napping, meditating, or traveling. The low-profile shape is intended to minimize pillow contact, while the curved design helps keep the buds positioned as you change sleeping positions. For someone choosing between standard wireless earbuds and a dedicated sleep-focused design, the flatter profile and lack of flashing lights make these a more bedtime-oriented choice.

They’re also useful for creating a personal listening setup in a hotel room or at home. Pair them with a Bluetooth device to play audio, or use the built-in white noise feature for a sound environment suited to winding down. The noise-blocking seal can help soften everyday disturbances without promising complete silence.

In the box

The package includes two sleep earbuds, a wireless charging case, a cable, and a user manual. The case provides a place to store and charge the earbuds between uses. A full charge takes 1.5 hours according to the listed specifications.

What to clarify

Can I wear just one earbud? Yes. The earbuds support single-ear or dual-ear use, so you can choose the setup that suits your sleep habits.

How do they connect to a phone or other device? They use Bluetooth 6.1 wireless connectivity. Pair them with a compatible Bluetooth device for audio playback.

What can I use them for besides sleeping? Listed uses include entertainment, fitness, meditation, and relaxation, making them suitable for more than a nighttime listening routine.
