Perytong Sleep Headphones, 2-Pack

Quick overview

For people who want audio at bedtime, during a flight, or while stretching, the Perytong sleep headphones combine a Bluetooth headband with built-in speakers. The two-pack gives you a pair for yourself and another to keep handy or share.

The headband is designed as an alternative to earbuds, which some listeners find uncomfortable when lying down. It also works as a sweat-absorbing band for activities such as yoga and running.

It suits you if you want hands-free listening without a cord running to your phone. Keep in mind that the control pod must be removed before machine washing, so it takes a small extra step to clean.

Size & fit

The fabric is 80% nylon and 20% spandex, with a stretchy design intended to fit most head sizes. Its soft, breathable construction can make more sense than rigid headphones for resting on a pillow or packing for a trip. The speakers sit inside the band, rather than in separate earbuds.

The listing doesn’t give specific head measurements or explain how to adjust speaker placement. If you’re particular about where speakers sit around your ears, that missing fit detail may matter. It might not be a great match if you need a precisely sized or adjustable fit.

Tips for day-to-day use

Pair the headband with a compatible Bluetooth device, such as a smartphone or computer, and use it for music or audiobooks. For example, you could put on a low-key audiobook while settling into bed, then use the same band for a yoga session the next day. It can also keep hair and sweat off your face during a run.

The stated battery life is up to 12 hours of continuous playback, with a listed charging time of 1–2 hours. Actual use can vary, and there’s no battery indicator detail provided, so plan to charge it rather than assume it’s ready after sitting unused. For cleaning, remove the control pod before putting the fabric band in the machine. The product information doesn’t specify washing instructions beyond that step.

Practical doubts

Does it connect to a phone? Yes. The headband uses Bluetooth and is described as compatible with smartphones, computers, and most Bluetooth-compatible devices.

Can you wash the headband? It’s described as machine washable, but remove the control pod first. No other washing directions are provided.

How long does playback last? The listed maximum is up to 12 hours on a charge, which takes 1–2 hours according to the product information.

Buying verdict

Choose this Perytong headband if your main goal is comfortable, cord-free listening for sleep, travel, or lighter activities, and you’d rather not wear earbuds. The fabric blend and washable design give it everyday use beyond bedtime, while the two-pack may be useful if you want a spare. Compared with a basic fabric headband, it adds Bluetooth audio, compared with conventional headphones, it prioritizes a soft, wearable format over a specified fit or detailed sound controls. If you need precise speaker positioning or more information about washing and fit, the available details may not answer enough before you choose.
