Abshoo Travel Backpack, 34L

For a day that moves between class, work, and a trip across town, a backpack needs room for more than a laptop. The Abshoo travel backpack offers a 34-liter main compartment and a padded laptop sleeve.

Its water-resistant polyester is intended to handle light rain and accidental splashes, not to make the bag waterproof.

A luggage strap and several pockets add practical touches for travel and daily carry, while the size may be more bag than you need for a light load.

Technical details

The backpack measures 18 x 13.5 x 8 inches and has a listed capacity of 34 liters. Its padded laptop compartment fits devices up to 15.6 inches. The main compartment is sized for books, folders, clothes, or travel essentials, internal and external pockets provide separate places for smaller items such as keys and stationery.

The fabric is high-density polyester with water-resistant properties. That can help protect belongings from light rain or a splash, but the description does not claim waterproof construction. Padded shoulder straps use breathable mesh, and a strap on the back slides over a suitcase handle. The product also includes a 12-month warranty, the listing says to contact the seller about quality problems.

Everyday compatibility

The layout suits someone who carries a laptop alongside textbooks, folders, or a change of clothes. For example, you could keep a laptop in its padded compartment, tuck notebooks into the main space, and use a smaller pocket for keys so they are easier to find at the end of class. At an airport or train station, the luggage strap lets the backpack ride on a suitcase handle instead of staying on your shoulders.

This is a roomier, multi-purpose approach than a slim laptop-only bag. That extra capacity is useful when your daily load changes, but it may feel unnecessary if you usually carry only a device and a few small items. The listing gives the overall dimensions, but not the bag’s weight or strap length, so fit is harder to judge without that measurement.

Usage tips

Keep electronics in the padded sleeve and use the smaller pockets to separate items you reach for often. The water-resistant fabric is suited to light exposure, so don’t treat it as protection for a downpour or a bag that may get soaked. When traveling, slide the rear strap over a suitcase handle to reduce the need to carry the backpack continuously.

A solid pick if you want one bag for school, work, and travel essentials, with room to spare. You may want to skip it if you need confirmed waterproof protection, a lightweight-only carry setup, or detailed fit measurements before buying.

Questions before you buy

Will it fit a 15.6-inch laptop? The listing says the padded compartment fits laptops up to 15.6 inches.

Can it handle rain? Its polyester fabric is described as water-resistant against light rain and splashes, not waterproof.

Does it have a feature for suitcase travel? Yes. A strap on the back slides over a suitcase handle.

Is it worth it?

This backpack makes sense when you want a single, roomy carryall for books, a laptop, and occasional travel items rather than a compact bag with only device storage. Its 34-liter capacity, multiple pockets, and suitcase strap support that flexible use. The tradeoff is that the listing leaves out the bag’s weight and strap length, and its water resistance has clear limits. Choose it for everyday versatility and extra space, look elsewhere if a precise fit or protection from heavy rain is essential.
