Warm Cozy Dog Coat Jacket 1 harness

This waterproof dog coat from LUOWAN combines warmth and evening visibility for cold, wet walks. The three-layer construction brings a water-repellent outer fabric with thick cotton insulation and a soft fleece inner lining to keep small to large dogs cosy while still allowing freedom of movement.

Key Points

The jacket integrates an upgraded harness and reflective details to improve safety on night-time outings. A rear waterproof zip makes the coat easy to put on and helps prevent water ingress through the closure. Reinforced stitching and a metal D-ring shaped for reduced weight add durability during daily use. Consider that fit depends on measuring your dog against the size chart to ensure full abdominal coverage without restricting movement.

Benefits

The layered design offers practical thermal performance during winter walks, while the soft inner fleece helps prevent chafing. Reflective elements make the coat more visible in low light, and the built-in harness reduces the need for an additional collar harness combination. Because the zip runs along the back, dressing and undressing are quicker, which can be particularly helpful with nervous or wriggly pets. Durability enhancements, such as reinforced seams, mean the coat tolerates regular pulling and outdoor activity.

Usage Recommendations

Measure the length of your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and compare with the supplier size guide before ordering. For active or particularly muddy walks, rinse the outer fabric and air dry to preserve water repellency and the fleece interior. If your dog dislikes overhead fastening, try rewarding them with treats while zipping to create a more positive association. For very wet conditions, note that the jacket is water-repellent according to the materials described, and heavy prolonged immersion may still allow moisture through the seams.
