EXPAWLORER Security Dog Hoodie XS

This EXPAWLORER dog hoodie in XS is a soft fleece sweatshirt designed to keep small dogs warm during autumn and winter walks. It offers a cosy layer and a simple fastening solution that allows the lead to pass through for quick attachment when heading outdoors.

Key Points

The hoodie combines a warm polar fleece interior with a pressed-on lettering detail on the back that, according to the manufacturer, resists peeling after repeated wear and washes. A small pocket at the rear offers space for treats or waste bags, adding a practical touch without adding bulk. The design includes a purpose-built lead hole so the collar or harness can be used without removing the garment, which makes short outings quicker and less fussy. The fabric is soft against the coat and helps retain body heat on chilly mornings or breezy evenings. 🐾

This sweatshirt is intended for daily use and light outdoor activity. Washing is straightforward because the material supports both hand wash and machine wash cycles, so maintenance is low effort. Consider that this style is not waterproof and may absorb moisture in heavy rain, therefore it is better suited to dry or mildly damp conditions rather than prolonged exposure to wet weather. 🧥

Usage Recommendations

Fit is an important factor to check, as an XS size will suit compact breeds or very small puppies. Measure neck and chest girth to match the right size rather than relying on breed alone. For active dogs that love to dig or chew, this fleece offers warmth but may not withstand vigorous wear from sharp claws or persistent chewing behaviour. When using the lead hole, ensure the leash attachment is secure and the hoodie sits flat across the back to avoid tugging on the fabric during brisk walks.

Layering over a thin harness works well when extra control is needed, and the pocket can carry small essentials for short trips. For indoor wear, the soft fleece keeps pets comfortable without overheating in centrally heated homes.
