Poseca Dog Coat with Harness Waterproof jacket for dogs
Product description
This waterproof dog coat with built-in harness keeps pets warm and protected on cold, wet walks while simplifying gear with an integrated lead attachment. The padded outer layer repels moisture and the quilted cotton filling adds insulation, making it a practical choice for autumn and winter outings where comfort and visibility matter.
Key Points
The coat combines jacket and harness in a single piece, reducing the need to fit separate items and making dressing quicker. A rear zipper and a protective fabric flap help to prevent trapping fur or skin when fastening, and elastic abdominal straps allow a closer fit for different body shapes.
Reflective striping improves visibility on evening walks and in low light, adding a safety element according to the manufacturer. The design aims to suit a wide range of breeds from small to large, with sizes chosen by measuring chest circumference and back length against the supplier’s sizing chart.

Usage Recommendations
Measure chest circumference and back length before selecting a size to ensure the best fit and mobility. When the coat is zipped, check that the harness opening aligns with your lead attachment point so that control and comfort are maintained during walks.
Consider that the padded structure adds warmth but may be less breathable during vigorous exercise on milder days, according to the manufacturer. For dogs that dislike overhead dressing, introduce the coat gradually, using short sessions indoors to help them acclimatise.
Positive Aspects
The single-piece solution reduces fiddly layering and keeps the harness stable under the coat, which can be helpful for active dogs. The waterproof outer layer means shorter drying times after wet walks and less water reaching the underlayer. Practical details such as the rear zipper and elastic straps aim to balance secure fit with ease of use, while reflective detailing supports safer night-time visibility.
