The SmallRig 0.72X wide-angle lens extends the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 field of view to 112° so you can capture broader scenes without repositioning the gimbal. This compact, magnetic attachment sits lightly on the Pocket 3 and is designed to preserve gimbal calibration while giving a noticeably wider perspective for landscapes, vlogging and group shots.
Key features
The lens uses aspherical optical elements to reduce edge distortion and to limit flare and ghosting, delivering footage with steadier colours and natural rendering. Installation is simple thanks to the magnetic adhesive system, which offers secure adhesion plus quick assembly and removal. The housing is compact and lightweight, so it should not interfere with the Pocket 3's balancing when used as directed. Do bear in mind the manufacturer recommends removing the lens before shutting the device to allow proper gimbal retraction, and that the lens is incompatible with protective films on the Pocket 3 front glass.

Usage tips
Fit the lens onto the Pocket 3 by aligning the magnetic pad and pressing gently until it adheres. For best image quality remove any protective film from the Pocket 3 lens before mounting. It’s a good fit if you often shoot interiors, travel scenes or handheld vlogs and want a wider frame without changing your shooting distance.
Care & maintenance
Store the lens in the supplied case when not in use to protect the optics and the magnetic surface. Wipe the glass with a microfibre cloth only and avoid solvents. A small limitation to note is that the lens may require occasional realignment to ensure sharp edges, depending on handling and storage practices.
