Chunky Yarn 250g x2 Super Chunky Cotton Candy
Product description
This super chunky yarn pack contains two 250 g rolls of fluffy, thick yarn in a cotton candy colour, made for rapid hand knitting and crochet projects where softness and volume matter. It is intended for blankets, pet beds, cushions, hats and toys, and the thick strand helps stitches show clearly so projects grow quickly and evenly.
Key Points
The yarn comes as 2 rolls of 250 g each, giving a total weight of 500 g. According to the manufacturer, the strand is approximately 25 m per roll, with a 2 cm thickness that makes it suitable for arm knitting or using very large needles and hooks. It is made from 100% polyester fibre and is described as soft and fluffy, with low shedding for items that will be handled often. The product is supplied in vacuum packing for compact storage and transport, and the yarn is machine washable and suitable for tumble drying, with care instructions to avoid bleach and ironing.

How to Use It
Because the strand is super chunky, projects work up fast. For open, airy blankets or pet beds try arm knitting or very large needles to keep the texture relaxed and squishy. When making toys or cushions, tighter tension will produce firmer shapes while still keeping the soft, plush finish. The clear, thick thread makes counting and following simple stitch patterns easier, which can be helpful for beginners or quick gift projects.
Positive Aspects
The plush feel and low shedding make this yarn good for items that will be cuddled or used frequently. The vacuum-sealed packaging helps conserve space in your stash and keeps the fibre clean until you begin a project. Machine washability and tumble dryability add convenience for household items, though care instructions note to avoid bleach and ironing. Consider that the relatively short length per roll means larger projects will require several packs, especially for full-size blankets, so plan quantities accordingly.
