Arrow Video Jason X 4K UHD Blu-ray

Jason X brings the Friday the 13th franchise into a bold sci-fi setting with a limited edition 4K UHD Blu-ray release. With Arrow Video at the helm, this Region Free disc is a strong pick if you want a quality home viewing upgrade for genre nights at home, not just a one off watch. It is the kind of title that works well for movie marathons, collectors, and anyone who likes horror mixed with space age storytelling. 🎬

Key features

Arrow Video presents this Jason X Limited Edition 4K UHD Blu-ray as a striking sci fi twist on the classic Friday the 13th franchise. The film leans into a more adventurous premise, giving Jason Voorhees a new type of threat and a very different atmosphere to explore. Special effects are a major part of the appeal here, with the release credited as being brought to life by legendary special effects supervisor Jim Isaac, known for work including Gremlins and eXistenZ. 👽

Because it is a 4K UHD format, it is a good fit if you have the setup to take advantage of higher resolution for sharp detail and a more immersive viewing experience. It is also a practical choice if you want Region Free flexibility, so you can play it without worrying about regional restrictions. The limited edition angle adds extra appeal for fans who like to keep notable genre releases within reach. 🎞️

It might not be the best choice if you are only looking for a standard Blu ray disc without the 4K UHD upgrade, or if your playback setup does not support 4K UHD. Still, if you enjoy Friday the 13th and want the sci fi divergence that Jason X is known for, this release gives you a focused way to add it to your collection.
