Benefits
The brace offers lateral stability through two spring support strips on each side, which let the knee bend naturally while providing support during squats and dynamic movements. The open patella gel ring disperses impact and can relieve focal pressure on the kneecap according to the manufacturer. Anti‑slip silicone strips keep the brace in place so you do not need to stop and adjust it during activity. There is a practical limitation to note, the product listing does not include exact weight or colour options which may matter if you prefer a specific look or travel light.
How to use it
Fasten the strong Velcro straps to a comfortable tension and check that the open patella pad sits over the kneecap. The straps are adjustable so one size fits both knees and suits men and women. It’s a solid choice if you need extra support during walking, running or court sports and want a breathable, reusable solution. Worth considering if you prioritise stability and ease of adjustment for everyday use.
